0 stars, I am a regular customer, I go dine out every day,lately this McDonald is stealing money from us, I ask for 2 large fries and they gave me 2 large fries but they were half full like the size of a medium, I took pictures of this because it's not the first time, then I go on an other visit and bought 2 m&m mcflurrys regular size, as soon as I get home and move the spoon to take a bite the icecream sinks in like if they just dont know the difference between a snack size mcflurry and the regular size mcflurry, they do not care to give you what you paying for or even fix it, the manager always has a poop face, and the staff is just too young!!!I'm not against that but please train them well, customer service for me is a plus and they just dont got it,today was my last visit here since I told them I'll give you one more try with the m&m mcflurry, guess what!! They did it again paid for a regular size and received a maybe smaller that snack size so I returned the manager the mcflurry on the spot she didnt care at all with her poop face on gave me the money back and done. I guess you cant expect too much from there its mcdonalds people!! but I wont be spending any more of my hard earn money in this location...

Yesterday we had below average service, however our order was completely correct so I have them three stars. I went through the drive thru and the guy taking my order wasn't paying attention; he kept asking me to repeat what I had just said. A few times he asked me to repeat what I said 4 times before he got it on the screen. I'd tell him part of the order and there would be silence, then he'd say "wait, what did you say?" It was so frustrating! Finally, he must have noticed the tone in my voice because he said, "sorry, my manager is taking to me." Well, he was obviously listening to someone, and it wasn't me. When I asked for extra ketchup, he tried to charge me 25 cents per packet, even though I had ordered three meals and two kids' meals, and he only gave me two packs. I went inside to speak with the manager, but she took forever to come out, and then she accused me of lying! When I asked for the district manager’s contact info, she gave me the wrong phone number. After three tries, I finally got the correct one, but she kept changing the last digit. I don’t understand why the manager is always in the back and seems unaware of what's happening in the front.
