Dunkin' — Restaurant in Beaufort

This used to be my go to at least 4x a day. But I will not be going to this dunkin ever again! The manager they have now is the same employee with one of the nastiest attitudes I've ever seen! This is also the employee that would answer the drive through speaker like the customers are an inconvenience to her. The staff are never friendly anymore probably due to the toxic work environment. I went there this morning and everything i went to order the poor man at the register kept saying they were out of. Then the girl beside him would snap at him and me saying we dont have that!! Well if you are out put something at the registers or the doors saying that. Then when she finally finished making my 2 coffees she ended my experience with slamming my coffees down on the counter. NEVER AGAIN!! If you want a pleasant experience in a dunkin in highly recommend going to one of the 2 in Morehead....

We just moved to this area and have had several pleasant experiences until the last 2 weeks. Two weeks ago part of our order was left out, then we waited 20 minutes for the missing wrap to be fixed. Last week we were told we couldn’t add any milk to our son’s latte even though we offered to pay for it. Our son is blind and doesn’t like much ice in his latte so he likes extra milk. Now today we were told we were banned from that location without being given an explanation. When we asked for information to contact the store DM we were told by the store manager that we couldn’t get that information. We haven’t been rude but we did ask for an explanation for both occasions. We will gladly go to the Morehead City and Cedar Point locations because they have always been extremely friendly. I'm so done with this place. The last few times I have been there they have had the dining room area closed. I have always preferred to go in as opposed to use the drive through of a restaurant. That way I can keep an eye on everything. If the doors are closed they lost a customer. Sorry, but I have had it with the short staffed excuse. Maybe when all the restaurants close for good and there are no more jobs for unskilled people, perhaps then they will really have something to actually whine about. I guess from now on I'll just start making coffee and something to eat home. I don't really know why I would want to pay the wages of people who don't care about...
