I'm only giving a 2 star rating because the younger lady that took my order and whom I paid my money too was very pleasant, welcoming, and professional!
However her MANAGER that gave me my food was VERY rude as soon as she handed me my food at the second window as if I was bothering her or she didn't want to be there.
I then checked my food and noticed that my fries were less than warm as if they had been sitting for a while. So I asked if it was possible to give me some fresh fries in which she rudely "signaled" me non verbally to give her the fries back. Then she immediately said pull up to the next window and walked off.
I then checked the remainder of our food and we were short a hot & spicy with cheese and my ice cream cone so I did not pull up. Then the pleasantly nice younger lady came to the window and asked us if we had both of our cookies. We checked and saw we were shirted one so she immediately gave us our cookies.
Then the MANAGER rushed to the window fussing at her and telling her to make us pull forward. The younger lady replied, I was making sure they had all of their food because they didn't get their cookies. The manager then came to the window and I told her we were short a burger and 1 ice cream cone as well which is why I didn't pull up. The manager then rudely slammed the window so hard it opened back up and she walked off.
I then heard her fussing at the young lady as if she did something wrong and she did nothing wrong. I felt so bad for her. The manager was the one the messed up my entire order because she was the one making the food. So the young young lady explained that to her AND had to show her that she (the manager) was looking at the wrong screen on the little tv. That's when I witnessed the young lady showing her on the screen and she noticed she messed up. The manger walked off and did not apologize.
If I would've pulled up I wouldn't have been able to have my order corrected. As the younger lady saw my facial expression as I was wondering why the older lady with grey hair was so rude to me and why she was so rude to her, she then walked to my window and apologized to us.
I asked her....."is that your manager" and she replied "yes, again I apologize for everything". I said ok thank you and drove off. I have NEVER been treated so rudely until I came to Beaumont to this location. If I go back, I refuse to order with that manager. I will immediately leave and take my services else where. We sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes at 11:30pm. The manager and the younger lady needs to swap positions ASAP!
I brought my little sister and her kids there because they wanted Mc Donald's. My little sister deals with depression and is suicidal. She literally started to shake while all of this was going on.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
Sincerely,
A Loving Big...
Read moreThis McD's is hit or miss... My wife and I eat breakfast here almost everyday, only because it's close to our jobs... Any time the female "Team Leader/Manager" is working, which is more often than not, the service sucks, the orders are wrong, and the food is hardly what I would consider fresh... The female "Manager", and I use that term very loosely (she doesn't act like a Manager as much as she acts like she's being bothered by all these people wanting food and stuff from her while she's trying to babysit her staff who apparently don't know how to work as a "Team"), has forgotten hash browns on MULTIPLE occasions, mild sauce for our burritos just about every time we have them, and in a couple of instanceseconds has forgotten my entire order... Then, when you try to be polite while asking where the rest of, or my entire order is, she cops a little attitude like I'm calling her out in the ghetto or something... Like, if she had a blade, she would totally whip that bad boy out and cut you with it... Now, on the rare occasion that the male Team Leader/Manager is working, that place is hoppin!! The lines flow, orders are done right and in a timely fashion, and the staff is actually nice to you... On the even more rare occasion that something is wrong with your order, when you say something to him, he is very apologetic and kind when he speaks to you... He should be the full time Manager and the woman be demoted, retrained, and relocated to another location where she can't harm anyone else's food... They only get one star from my wife and I, and it would be no stars if it...
Read moreLiterally spent eight minutes in line with nobody saying a word to me at the drive-thru and then when I said hello the man on the mic ask me to wait a second so a Dodge Journey pulls in in the first line while I'm in the second and he takes their order and they pull up and I'll wait another 2 minutes before he finally ask to take my order sounding very frustrated. I ordered a large sweet tea and a McChicken sandwich with no sauce and pull up the three cars ahead of me are still waiting and the man at the window has probably been there the whole 10 minutes period I wait another 5 minutes in the line doesn't move so I decide to go because it doesn't look like they're going to be handing out any food anytime soon so I call the store and ask to speak to the manager and some lady gets on and gives me some sob story about how they're just short-handed and I tell her I understand but the very least he could have done was to tell me that they were very busy and he would get with me instead of taking the other person's order when he knew that they didn't arrive before me and also he could have addressed me and asked me to hold on before I wait at 8 minutes and that it's a fast food restaurant and it shouldn't take 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to take your order...
