The Customer Service was Great 😊 my order was placed through Drive Thru for a customer I picking up for After à careful Review of the Menu I decided to order something I don’t usually eat at to many places but I’m Excited I tried I had a Sweet Potato pie taste like Good ole Louisiana Tea Cake filled with Sweet Potato VERY VERY GOOD not to sweet just right Not to mention the Delicious 😋 Banana Pudding so good bananas was sweet and the cookies not Soggy better than others I have tried .The Red Beans and Rice 🍚 Great Season just right they were nice and hot I went inside and Paris was so very helpful and Sweet it’s was very clean inside and out and comfortable to sit and eat if you looking for some Great Food Friendly people price is good don’t take my word go get you some Good Eaten...

i’m a little late BUT i seen someone post about team gilliam shack off 11th street and decided to give them a try. I got the fully loaded cajun pasta with chicken, shrimp and sausage and i would give them a 7/10. Hubby got the fried fish basket and was very disappointed. The fish was very soggy and not cooked in the middle. After we placed our order we sat outside for a good 20-25 min to wait on the food you would think the fish would have been cooked all the way. The owner offered GREAT! Services and even allowed my mother, husband & I to sample a pecan candy on the house 😁 The food was cooked to perfection! The ONLY thing I'd suggest is that "Smoker's" respect the dining guests and not smoke right outside the door. The smoke was coming through cracks and when the door opened as guests walked in. I'm allergic and the male worker passed by me twice smelling like strong smoke then he stopped in the dining area causing my allergies to flare. Other than that, great customer service. The female cashier could use some greeting skills and knowing the menu offering first time guests ideas would increase sales...
