We used the Sonic app to order three drinks for a total of $3.23. The order went through and gave me a receipt with an order #. We checked in at a stall and my name appeared on the order screen at the stall. We waited but no one brought us our order. We pushed the red button and they said they could not hop the order because their computer screen was hung up and it showed my order wasn’t paid for yet. Someone came out and told us we needed to call the app. Her words! Really, you work for Sonic! We told her we would call Sonic to get a refund on that order, but to place another order for the three drinks, but to make sure they were half price because they would be half price on the app. She came back out and said that their GM had just left and the Manager couldn’t do that! Really! When your customer has this much trouble getting a $3.23 order and you have already made the drinks, you should give them to them for FREE as a courtesy! We didn’t want it for FREE, but that would have been the right thing to do. To the Owner/GM you need to educate your staff! TOTALLY...
Read moreI ordered 2 drinks and 1 tator tot through my app. After it told us the carhop was on our way with our order we waited another 35 minutes. The 5 different employees coming in and out the door ignored our inquires, they wouldn't answer when we pushed the order button. I finally had to call on the phone and listen to them laughing in the background as I waited for someone in management to come to the phone. The manager apologized and said it would be right out. Took another 5 minutes for it to make it to our car.... the tator tots where cold we threw it all in the trash. Don't waste your time or money at this location. The employees should be ashamed of themselves for playing...
Read moreOrdered my food through the app at 11:50am Checked in at 12:02pm. Waited 45 minutes before moving too a stall with a call button. Extremely pissed off at this point. Burger was cold, ice cream was melted, ice in the drink was melted. Server said she forgot to bring me my order. Asked for a replacement ice cream you know Ice cream is meant to be eaten not drank and was refused. Yes I’m yelling and pissed off because there’s no point in having to wait that long. Seems like every time I go it’s a super long wait. I always order through the app too avoid waiting. There’s several times I order a simple slushy at the end of my work day and end up waiting 30 minutes...
