Tuscano's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Beaumont

A friend of mine Raved about their garlic bread and lasagna, so I order lasagna and an antipasto salad. The salad was great; all of the veggies were tasting like they should and nothing was soggy. The garlic bread and lasagna was not so great. Maybe the cook had an off day. The bread they use for the garlic toast was meh and I kid you not, I think they forgot the garlic.

I think they forgot the garlic and they put it in the lasagna. The lasagna was pretty but it was dominated by something that tasted like burnt garlic. You ever burn fresh garlic? I couldn't taste the tomato or cheese or anything else. It did look like it was made with love though. I bought 2 orders thar day, one for me and a friend. She kept quiet while we ate and she ate maybe a third of that portion. Thought maybe she had already eaten; the lasagna was a surprise. She offered her garlic bread to me and I passed.

Next day she told me that she tossed it out. It really did look pretty though.

First of all let me start by saying the bread is the best bread in town they aren’t giving false advertisement at all! The pizza was great! Plenty of toppings they are not stingy at all with their toppings! The lasagna oh may oh may it’s amazing! It had prefect flavor also you get more bread with the lasagna. We also order the wings with the sauce on the side cause we couldn’t decide on one flavor so we got the garlic and parmesan sauce and also the mild buffalo sauce! And yes the garlic Parmesan sauce was a winner! The wings had a prefect crisp to it they were well cooked to perfection! The food was all delicious it was a winner for sure! The customer service was also fantastic! The lady was so friendly and welcoming! Also the atmosphere was nice liked the setup plenty of tv’s perfect for game days and the there bar looked like they had plenty selection of drinks even tho we didn’t get any alcohol still looked great. My wife placed an order for a pizza online. It was supposed to be ready in 50 minutes. Seemed a bit long but since football playoffs were going I figured they were busy. Get there 50 minutes later and they said they lost the ticket and didn't make the pizza. Said it would take 10 minutes. Meanwhile I noticed not a single patron in the place and saw one person leaving with a to go order when I arrived. I get the pizza and ask the clerk if they were going to do anything for me because of the inconvenience. She said she could talk to the manager if I wanted. She goes to the back and a gentlemen comes out and says he can give me a complimentary order of bread sticks but that will mean waiting longer. I declined his offer. You would think that since they messed up they might have just thrown the bread sticks in from the beginning to keep the customer somewhat happy. Customer service just isn't what it used to...
