Love this location! Always fresh & hot food here. Their new crinkle fries are the best and way better than McDonald's fries in my opinion. Never thought I'd say that, but Arby's succeeded in better fries now. Please don't ever take them away again. Now..I could've given 1 star today (4/15/22 at 3:45 pm) though for the treatment I received today from a rather nasty young lady working the drive thru, but I'm rating the restaurant versus her bad attitude. One rotten apple. After I left the drive thru, I realized they gave me curly fries instead of crinkle fries so I had to park & now actually go inside the store to exchange them. As I explained to a nice young man that my fries were incorrect, the young lady working the drive thru hid behind a wall as she screamed very loudly "She f**king ordered curly fries, what the f**k is she saying?" So I yelled from the other side of the counter that she's dead wrong and rather than curse about me, while I'm right there but can't see her, she should've said "Oh I thought I heard her say curly fries, my mistake, let's get some new crinkle fries down for her right away". That's how it's supposed to be done to provide great customer service. I know because I used to work in fast food. The other 2 gentlemen working there were very gracious & handled my situation perfectly by getting me freshly cooked crinkle fries that I gladly waited for & they let me keep the curly fries rather than throw them away. I feel sorry for them having to work with her. It must suck for them. Mistakes happen, but her attitude running the drive thru was beyond unacceptable. A manager needs to straighten her out or just get her out of there altogether before you lose business because of her poor attitude and very loud & foul mouth.

I don't know when employees at fast food restaurants decide to stop filling fry boxes up all the way, but I know I'm tired of wondering each time if I'll get what I paid for. You'd think the cost of the fries was coming out of their paycheck, and this isn't just an Arby's issue, it's everywhere. I've attached a picture of the "Large" fry I received tonight. I ate a single fry before taking this picture, and there wasn't a single fry in the bottom of the bag. On the bright side they were nice and hot, but c'mon already. With prices through the roof everywhere, at least stop shortchanging the customer like this.

The staff is absolutely amazing. My mom accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they corrected it for her quickly. We were just passing through on our way home from our vacation. They even helped me play a joke on my sister. They were super friendly and gave me a good laugh. Thank you for letting me pretend to steal your candy lol 😂 All in good fun.

we like Arby's. Been to this location twice in the last couple weeks. First time was great. Food was hot, fresh and tasted good. this last time, was not so good on two counts. the person who took ar order was very pleasant to deal with (I'm thinking the Manager). But when we got to the window to pay, well that was a different story. He was a younger guy and you could tell he didn't want to be there. He was grumpy and not very pleasant (maybe keep him in back and keep the other guy to deal with the public). the second issue was when I got my Brisket Sandwhich. When I opened the bun, there was barley any meat, had just 2 pieces and lots of fat. I was not really happy! It's like they know that once we get our order and it Isn't worth our time to turn around and fix the Issue. Seems like when you go through drive through, all resturants give the older and cold food knowing that once we drive off, we won't take the time to come back. Usually my fast food experiences are bad but going here with my son was a great experience thanks to April. No not just because she gave us a cookie lol but because when she saw us she greeted us in a well professional manner, made me feel welcomed (which is never the case around this area) as me and my son are eating I hear her laughing with good spirits. That's the kind of vibe people want to be around during their visits to any store, fast food, restaurant ect. So way to go April, you keep it up. Thanks for the good experience here in beaver dam at Arby's. You have no competition around here, Wendy's sucked last time I had it including the unprofessional service they had. I'll never go there again.
