Service was terrible. After seating ourselves and waiting 10 minutes had to go to the bar to ask for service. A young girl came over and said that she was new and training. She took our order and never returned to our table. An older lady with blondish hair brought our food. First the gyro and then 8 minutes later the steak sandwich. We asked for ketchup when she dropped of the gyro and she said she would bring it. Didn't bring it with the steak sandwich and actually never brought it. Only saw her again when one of us had gone to the bar to get our check. She said "oh, sorry about the ketchup" Our other interaction with staff was when we went to another table looking for ketchup and the tall brunette with tattoos asked what we were looking for. She brought the ketchup but seemed very unfriendly.

Gyro and steak sandwich were tasty but the fries were way undercooked and greasy. Place was less than half full so no excuse for terrible service. Staff on the whole was very unfriendly. I won't be back.

If you watched then you saw that we had to go to the bar several times and get things. Yes, I leave negative reviews to warn people to avoid places with bad service and bad food. I also leave good reviews.

And you doubled down on your attacks on me saying I was wrong. How many times do I have to find wait staff and complain about not getting service while I am there. Yes, I don't want people to patronize a business that doesn't proactively manage their employees. You had a chance to do a good job but blew it it isn't up to me to do your job for you. Especially when you state that you watch me. You watch me make repeated trips to the bar to get service and didn't think to talk to our waitress about doing...

Please read every ONE STAR review. They are all dead on accurate. The service in this place is the WORST. Walked out yesterday after standing there for 3 or 4 minutes to place an order to go. (Had tried calling the order in but NO ONE answered the phone. And while I was there waiting the phone rang and rang and no one answered.) This was my 4th visit to Jus 1 More and I will NEVER go back. The owner must never be there because there is no way an owner would let a place be run with such incredibly piss poor service. The staff there just couldn't possibly care less. Don't waste your time or money. AVOID this dive at all costs.

UPDATE: Now a response from someone who is just making up stuff. Instead of being defensive and lying go to work on your business and try to make something out of it. If this is in fact the owner replying you have ZERO idea on how to train a staff or run a restaurant. Look at all the other ONE and TWO star reviews. It's always the customers fault....never yours. lol . You'll be closed for business by the end of the year unless you turn things around. Stop being defensive and...

I was at Jus1more this previous Friday evening, when we came in it wasn’t very busy, so we decided to enjoy a few cocktails and appetizers before ordering entrees. Appetizers and cocktails were delicious, but the place filled up completely within 10 minutes ! The girls working were working their hardest, we knew with the large amount of people who all piled in, we would wait a while for our food. I have to commend the staff for communicating with us on things that were out of their control. It is not the girls fault, but I will say, when we got our food, it was hot and DELICIOUS !!!! 10 stars for the entire staff of Jus1more for their efforts and dedication to quality. Keep in mind, it is not your server or bartenders fault, they are the messenger of what is happening and are dealing with the same things from every person in the establishment .. I will end with this .. BEST FISH IN...
