Wendy's — Restaurant in Beaver Falls

Literally do not EVER eat here. They have the absolute rudest staff working that evening shift. I have been to this location 4 different times. Twice with my clients as I work out in Beaver but live in Ohio. I went inside with one and the inside was very dirty, number one. There was no traffic so two employees were sitting at a table talking loudly and cussing while clearly in uniform. They went outside to smoke and left a sour mop beside one of the trash cans. It stunk so bad. I went through the drive my last 3 times. Once for my clients. Twice for self. Tonight I went. Never had a salad from Wendy’s before. My friend is always talking about their Cobb salad. Now obviously COD is fish, but restaurants make up names sometimes. I’ve also never heard of a “Cobb salad” anywhere but Wendy’s and there’s no picture. I asked if it was fish, told no, but heard the girl in the back making fun of me thinking cobb and cod being the same. Then she slammed the window in my face when I didn’t want any sauces, but I planned to ask for a bottled water. I just said forget it and left. Then I get back to the office to find that they gave me old grilled chicken that is as hard as a crouton in this salad. This meat is so dehydrated and hard I can’t even eat it because I have BRACES on. I’m just never going back. I’ve never been to a more unprofessional Wendy’s, but my 3rd time there was decent. Many may not believe this but it's 100% true: Went to pick up a double Doordash order one night a week ago. Sitting at the window I could see an employee standing on the grill removing filters from above and wiping the top of what I assumed to be the grill hood area. Immediately I thought well they have to be cooking on another grill somewhere else. Boy was I wrong. When that man got down a younger guy threw the burger right on that grill where the other guy just stood. Completely shocked I drove off immediately and contacted both of my DD customers and told them wha I had just seen and they both advised me they did not what the food and thanked me for reporting to them about the situation. My husband and I have had more than enough issues trying to get food from here before but we thought we'd give them one last chance tonight. Not only was our food wrong, but when we went in to get it fixed, we were met by extremely rude staff and the manager, Dave (that's what his nametags said), STARED ME DOWN the entire time. He didn't speak a single word to me, he just gave me dirty looks while a younge teenage girl went to get us the correct food. I understand mistakes happen and I try to be forgiving when silly mistakes are made. But there was absolutely no call for being treated so poorly when my husband and I were just trying to get our correct food that we paid for.
