As a regular at Insomnia Coffee, I feel compelled to share the consistently wonderful experience I've had at this delightful café. The lattes here are a standout, always smooth and delicious. In my numerous visits, I've never encountered a subpar latte, which speaks volumes about their consistency and quality.

The scones deserve a special mention too. They strike a perfect balance between crumbly and moist, avoiding the pitfall of being overly dense. It's a delightful treat to pair with their coffee.

For those who enjoy a hearty start to their day, their breakfast sandwiches are a must-try. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a pepper jack-sriracha bagel comes highly recommended. It's a flavorful combination that packs a punch and satisfies the taste buds.

I have a covid suggestion. As I sat and enjoyed my coffee I saw a worker come up to a man sitting by himself with his mask off and occasionally sipping his coffee, and told him to keep his mask on unless he was actively taking a sip. That’s fine- my issue is though that the entire time I sat there for over an hour there was a girl with her mask off the entire time sitting at a table with a man and they were yacking away the entire time. They never once told her to put her mask on? I’m more concerned about catching covid from someone flapping their lips talking loudly than I am a man sitting in silence by himself? Idk just a suggestion? Ehh, I just don’t understand how they pick and choose who to tell to keep their mask on.

Other than that I really like the hemp chai, since southeast grind closed up in Portland- this is the only chai I really enjoy out of the coffee houses I’ve tried since then. Sometimes they make it a bit watery though. The gluten free treats are...

Oops! I left a review of the mall that was basically an ad for this shop! Great folks working here. It is really tidy, especially considering the time we came in. The decor is fun and welcoming, seating cozy, but safe, due to spacing.

The coffee is great, never bitter and goes great with the array of sweets they make in-house. We had a peanut butter cookie that was big enough to share that was just the right balance of peanut, salt and honey flavors! It was a splendid pick-me-up!
