Hello Arby’s management. Your store employees one of which is your manager just hung up on me. Bc they don’t tell the story. Look at your cameras please
On 2/11/24 my husband and I stopped at the Arby’s in Bedford PA at 1:05 PM. The restaurant had 4 people dining inside at the time. No cars at the drive through.
We stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes with no one in site. When leaning over the counter, I could see the drive through window and I raised my voice to ask if anyone was there. No response.
We got back into our car at 1:10. Looked to the back of the store parking lot and we see the Arby’s associate sitting in her SUV type vehicle with her headset on looking as if she was texting on her phone.
We drove around the back to the drive thru area to get a better look as she watched us drive by.
Unbelievable. I’m hoping this store has cameras and disciplines this employee for not doing her job.
UPDATE- called customer service line and reported this incident. Then I called the store location to tell them I made a Google review and called the customer service line. I come to find from the female who answered the phone that there were 4 employees in the store working yesterday. She said it was the manager, herself and two young boys. I told her that we saw an employee sitting in her suv with a headset on looking at her phone. I said where were all of you? Someone was in the freezer?!?! Where were the other 2. Read moreIt’s the employees that have been consistent with the poor performance of this Arby’s. No one seems to care… One visit I asked for sauces when ordering and was told they were out of all sauces . When my food was brought to the window by a different person, they asked me what sauces I wanted. Amazingly, I received a handful of bbq and horsey sauce……? If this is the workforce of the future we’re in trouble. So disappointing , I like Arby’s menu. The screwups have been numerous at this location….I’m not giving up on you, I’ll be back. Just get it together… Please! Update: I came back after almost a year since I wrote the review. When I walked up to order, I was greeted by an employee looking at me like he hated me. I don’t know any other way to describe it. While waiting for my order the same employee asked me if I ordered something Ihat wasn’t any part of my order. That’s not really a big deal but, I was asked again if I ordered something completely different from my order. There was only me and the customer in front of me inside the restaurant , I had the feeling of confusion and attitude. The customer in front of me when he got his order had to remind them they forgot his milkshake. Maybe that’s not a “big” deal, but combined with the mean mugging and the weird vibes is not going to help this place get better. Read moreI would give a negative star review if possible. First, when we walked in, we were not acknowledged at all. After about two minutes a worker walked around the corner to the register, leaned against the wall in front of the register and sighed as if we were bothering her. She took our order and then the wait began. We watched as drive through customers came in to complain of incorrect orders as we waited. We watched the majority of the staff stand there dumbstruck, staring at the order screens as if they were in a language that they could not understand. After 15 minutes, our order of 1 large curly fry, a double roast beef, and a turkey gyro came out. My hubbys roast beef bun had mold on it. I showed it to several other customers(so as bring awareness) before taking it to the counter. I got the attention of one of the workers who was sitting behind the wall on a stool and showed her the moldy bun. She simply asked what kind of sandwhich it was. After several minutes a worker brought out another sandwich. Noone bothered to apologize. They simply said "here". If we are ever in the area again, I will not visit...
