McDonald's — Restaurant in Bedford Township

If you go to this McDonald's do not expect them to get your order right or have the food on the menu. I have lived around Bedford my entire life and this is by far one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They mess your order up two thirds of the time or do not have the food on the menu. If you order nuggets make sure they are fresh or who knows how old they will be. I would not recommend this McDonalds. EDIT* This Mcdonalds still has had 0 improvements they never have chicken tenders in stock even though they advertise it. Update* I ordered 4 pumpkin pies I received 1 pumpkin pie and 3 apple pies. I called the Mcdondalds to tell them they messed my order up they said no problem they will take my name down and the next time I go through I will get the Pumpkin pies I originally ordered. A week later I go back and I ask for my pies they go to see if my names on the list. my name is not on the list so they can't give me the pies I ordered. So i call McDonald's to file a complaint a little later that week they call me and I talk to the regional manager they offer me a gift card I accept the offer. A week later I get 4 coupons with an expiration date for 4 free pies after the pumpkin pie's are done being sold. When I went to use the 4 coupons they refused to accept all 4 because on the coupon it says one per visit per customer. I will update more If I ever go back. Me and my husband stopped to get something to eat on our way home. We got there, there was people standing in the lobby waiting for there food so we ordered nothing outta the ordinary we waited 20 minutes for our food we ordered it for there they gave it to us in a bag to go. They threw our cups inside the back. The manager was not wearing a hat on the phone saying they were short staffed they had 4 people and coming from someone how ran a restaurant 4 people is plenty enough people for the amount of business they had. Someone was behind the counter with no hat on hair a mess and she was in a belly shirt taking orders. The restaurant was a mess there was food and trash everywhere food on the tables. As we were sitting there eating our food I watch the one employee throw a spoon at a customer yes they are plastic and can’t hurt but it’s still the point it was extremely disrespectful. Also as we were eating I watched as someone threw something away stuck his bare hand in the trash to push it down wiped it on his shirt and kept packing food that’s disgusting. Me and my family will never be back because what I witnessed today is beyond...

Alright, so I see as though this resturant got a few bad reviews when I go there almost every week. They are very kind and fast. Sorry that they cant make your food just magically appear at you fat faces. Most of you are probably the rude costumers who think you are so high and mighty. Step down off your throne and be kind to them. The reason they aren't right at the window to take your order is because they also do more than stand back there. They prepare salads, parfaits, do dishes, and laundry. So if you all had a bit more patience instead of driving around the building like idiots then they would be there to take you order. And quot ordering so much damn food through the drive thru..if they aren't fast enough its because people like you order 20 mcdoubles through the drive thru instead of getting out of you car and walking inside so don't blame them for your faults. and for real quit...
