I order two sets of wings and after about an hour, we had not received anything. I called the restaurant and no answer. For the next two hours I kept calling and no answer. I had paid for the order as well since I ordered online. Ultimately, our food never came. I had been staying in a motel nearby only for that night. The next day when I was back home, about 5 hours away, I called to ask for a refund and they just kept saying they would make the order and bring my food even after I explained that I was 5 hours away. I then called corporate about 6 times and they finally had someone from the restaurant call me but that was about 4 days later and then, I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with the guy from the restaurant and again he said he would bring the order. After multiple times of explaining I wasn't in the area, he said I should call my bank and ask for my money back, which makes no sense. Finally, he said he would refund my credit card (though I don't expect that to happen).    Read more5 Stars? Lemme guess... you own it? The rest of us are actual customers, and have had repeated TERRIBLE experiences. Domino's is an incredibly easy franchise to run, so I'm not sure what the problem with this one is. They take over an hour to deliver cold pizzas with the wrong toppings. Calling in? Forget about it, I called three times, waited for 6 min listening to the horrible hold-ads, only to be disconnected by an employee who was evidently too busy to make the owners money.
FIRE YOUR MANAGER and invest in someone with some Process Improvement experience so you can finally start running a functional business. Managing it yourself?
