Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bedford

I was told I would get my pizza by 1030 at Speedway because they don't deliver to Mitchell I got to Speedway sat there for an hour and 10 minutes I gotta call from the supposed delivery driver he said he was behind Lowe's he would be there in 5 minutes I waited 26 more minutes I got a call from domino's they said they were remaking my food and they would be there in 45 minutes I told them I needed a refund because That was insane but I would wait for my food the manager yelled at me multiple times told me I could have one or the other so I told him to give me my refund and he hung up on Me I calmly explained it was sure 11 on a week night- he proceeded To tell me everything he had going on in his life and that he was open to close and he was trying. Sad to say not a great experience. Couldn't order online for delivery, so i called the store and placed the order. Estimates time 30-40 min which i can i understand based on a saturday night. After waiting for an hour and a half had to call the store to see what was going on. Apparently the frequency of the mistake of entering delivery or carry out happen often at the bedford store. Had a nice young lady, get permission from a manager to give me a free item and waive a delivery fee but nothing else since they had already applied the 20% code that they had. They remade my pizza which was nice, paid over the phone so thought ok let's hope things go well. Finally pizza arrived and totally forgot my drink which was paid for and poor kid wanted to be helpful and go back to the store but after 2 hours of waiting i was over this place and errors. I have an infant child during Covid 19 and called to order 4 pizzas for my family. I got ahold of a recording (no big deal) but never was asked in the recording if I wanted curbside pickup. I called back to a different number to see if I could just ask if they could simply bring the pizza that was already paid for to my car so I did not have to bring in my infant child and carry out pizzas by myself during the covid 19 crisis and they refused and told me it was something I had to say when I originally ordered and she was blatantly rude.
