The manager is a complete idiot, and the franchise owner is just as stupid for keeping her employed. To make this review short, everytime we go there, they never have any chicken breasts... We have to wait for some to be cooked, although they offer extra thighs for replacing breasts. We all know that this is not a fair trade, and just a ploy to save money. If you call and talk to the manager, she makes excuses.. this evening, my wife ordered a chicken wing box, and a popcorn chicken box.. they told her it would be 8 minutes. She paid, pulled up, and waited........... And waited..... And waited for over 20 minutes and then I called and spoke to the manager and told her to do one of three things. Refund my wife's money, provide her the food, or both. She said she was sorry about this, she just got there and had no idea anyone was waiting for food. Really? At 5pm? She is supposed to refund the money. I will be checking the bank account to insure that she did I sure hope that the franchise owner sees this and gets rid of the half-wit that...
Read moreSo, I forgot to post this a while ago but I ordered on the app and ordered two adult meals and two kids meals. Well, he gave it to me in a giant bag with a little sticker on it and I left. I got all the way home and noticed one of the kids meals wasn't there so I called the store and told them they forgot a kids meal. The manager said "well I seen a kids meal in the bag.." and I told him well yeah, but you didn't give me TWO. He told me to drive back to pick another one up but I wasn't driving another 27 mins back out there and 27 mins back to my home. He said to just pick it up whenever I'm back around.. well I don't plan on going back and it was so far back (like months ago) that I dont think theyd even honor it anymore, plus that whole situation cost me my sanity that night because a fight with a toddler who doesn't understand and I still had to cook. Not a great experience .. all in all I should have got a refund at least instead of an IOW without any proof...
Read moreMonday, July 17, 2023 2pm I drove thru and ordered 2 breasts and 2 thighs, fries, and lemonade. I received 2 thighs and 2 legs with fries and drink. I drove back to restaurant and walked inside with my receipt and asked them to fix it. They put the order in a new bag but, didn’t transfer salt or ketchup. The box fell apart upon opening it and fell into the bottom of the bag. There was no napkins or silverware included which I would think for drive thru would be a given! We drove home 20 minutes then opened everything up. Fries tasted old and hard, chicken was dried out with skin missing. Some of the meat actually hard and yellow ( see pictures). Lemonade was watered down and they forgot to transfer the salt and ketchup after changing bags. We tossed out all the food and deemed it not for consumption. I opened up an inquiry with KFC Corp #01572848 . The staff didn’t give me back my receipt when they fixed the order. Desire a credit...
