Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Beebe

Absolutely the worst!!! It was going to be a hour and 45 min wait on the delivery so I called and asked if I could pick it up (bc the last time I ordered the same thing happened and they even gave me a gift certificate for a free pizza bc of the long wait) they said yes but couldn't take off the delivery fee or the tip I left. When I got there, I asked if an hour and 45 mins was the normal delivery time and wow the attitude the staff gavr me (mainly just one guy...his name may have been Robert). I wasn't even upset. I live like 5 mins from the store, so I didn't wanna wait an extra 45 mins. I told him I wasn't even upset and the attitude wasn't necessary and he told me that he was putting me on the no order list and I had 30 secs to leave before he called the cops. Seriously?! I was extremely disappointed with my experience today. While I understand food business can be stressful and rushes happen, my experience today is unacceptable. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for One large pizza, half pepperoni, half buffalo chicken. I checked multiple times, the first time being told twenty minutes after I had already waited the estimated 20 mins by the app. I was then told by a different employee that it was a gonna be another 15-20 mins on the pizza and that it was third on the screen. Since I had already paid for the pizza I went to park one last time and then received my food. I opened the box only to find that the pepperoni was burnt, there was barely any sauce, the crust was burnt with air pockets, and they put buffalo sauce on all of the pizza and not just the buffalo chicken side. Sorry service. Order 3 pizza's and a salad. got everything we order. The problem is pizza was half cold and when the wife opened the salad had purple and brown lettuce all through it along with alittle slimey so i call them 3 times and no one answeres the phone at all. So instead of waiting any longer i drove up there to show them as i walked in everybody leaning on the counters and prep area with cheese and toppings all over. The guy comes up and asking if issue after exsplaining he finally went to get one to bring one back that just came off truck that exspires in 4 days it looked alot better than the first one with no brown lettuce or slime. I think i'll just recommend pizza hut or little ceasars to everyone so they at least get service and...
