I’ve been going to this location (621 Belair Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014 ) for years, and I always get the same thing. Pesto Cavatappi with grilled chicken, remove mushroom and tomato, add broccoli.
This is the second time in the past few months my order has been messed up. This started out with me trying to order ahead online. I kept receiving an error message. So I call my store and get on the phone with a robot. I’m getting frustrated trying to order for 10 minutes when they finally transfer me to a person. She answers, I give her my order and right away she needs to put me on hold. So I waited until a different lady picks up. She kept adding the wrong things to my order and it took 10 more minutes until she read it all right, but it wasn’t her fault because there was a language barrier. After 45 minutes of trying, I finally placed the order and went to the store to pick it up. It was ready, but it was cold so I decided I was just going to take it home to heat it up which isn’t a big deal. When I opened the box, the noodles were completely bare and there was no pesto sauce in sight. There was also barely any grilled chicken at all. It was honestly very unappetizing. I feel very disappointed I had to pay over $12 for a bowl of cold broccoli. I have called the store to see if I could talk to someone but the phone just keeps ringing and eventually hangs up.
What would make this right is having more employees answer the phone, so the ordering process goes smoother. Also making sure to add sauce to your noodles. I need a refund because I am very unsatisfied with this experience, and I am not planning...
Read moreI highly recommend Noodles and Company just not the one in Bel Air. White Marsh is amazing. I just ordered curbside (due to coronavirus). I waited past the time they were supposed to come out and deliver and walked in to see if it was ready. I asked the cashier if my food was ready and I was told no it was still being processed. So I stood there waiting and looking at two bowls sitting on the counter I thought were mine, I waited patiently. I waited another 5 minutes and the cashier finally realized that my food was the two bowls that had been sitting there, bagged them and apologized and was very polite. My food was a little cold, the chicken was burnt and there was hardly any flavor in either bowl. It was like eating a pile of bland plain noodles and over cooked meat with no flavor. It just seems like there’s a lack of care in management, food preparation and communication compared to other Noodles and Companies I have eaten at. My rice crispy treat from there and soda was amazing though! I do not like to complain or bash anyone so I hope this is taken as a constructive criticism for improvement. I’d much rather drive to Bel Air then White Marsh to get my Noodles and Company...
Read moreI went to this Noodles and Company on September 11, 2021 at 9:15 pm order to Noodle entrees as I was observing the person cleaning the cooking area he was using a mop to mop the floors he stop mopping the floor and started handling the food with his hands without washing his hands. I told the person at the cash register he can't handle food without washing his hands I requested the manager and told her what I observed instead of talking to the employee and telling him that was unsanitary she started to defend him of what he had done she said all equipment is sanitized, I said what about his hands handling food with no gloves or washing his hands. She refused to give me a refund she said I will have to call the corporate headquarters to get a refund. This manager needs customer service skills and employees need to attend a food sanitation program about...
