The food is good but NOT for the price. EVERYTHING(at both locations) is a la cart. A regular burger just lettuce and tomato is around $5+. You add cheese, onion, green chili, ect. each for about $1 easily increases the cost of your burger. Fries cost extra($3+), price varies on size. Then the drink adds more depending on the size. By the time you get your meal: burger(depending what you add), fries(depending on size) and drink(depending on size) your meal is well over the $10+ range. Pretty expensive when you can get the same thing at Sonic or McDonald's down the street for less then $8. And it's a meal. The good about this place is it's been family owned for decades and the food is pretty tasty. Just to let you know the prices are from a little while back. Nice spot not too far off the interstate (I-25 Camino del Llano) . It's been around for a while. Each time I've been in the establishment is very clean. The owner greets you with a smile. His staff are some nice hard working people. We ordered a small (1/6) burger and 1/4 pound green chile cheese burger and green Chile cheese fries. Both burgers cooked well and tasted very fresh. Green chile was not spicy. Chile cheese fries were okay again the chile flavor was okay but I wish it'd kick more. The cheese was basic nacho type melted cheese. Prices are high average.
