Taqueria Sinaloa — Restaurant in Belen

I drive from Albuquerque to bring my mom to eat here and have always enjoyed the food. However recently there has been a change with the customer service since a new team member was hired. We arrived today at 6:20 ordered tacos and the employee stated the order would be to go I told her I would like to have my meal there. The employee stated they close at 7:00 I told her we have 30 minutes or more it does not take me that long to eat. She was visibly upset and stated that I could speak to the owner. I explained that this was bad customer service and i would be calling management or the owner and I would be posting a review she stated she was not concerned about it rolling her eyes and being very rude she made me feel very uncomfortable cleaning around me and my mom in a rush and closing the binds although there was several customers in the establishment. I travel quite frequently and I love to try new restaurants, Mexican food is my favorite I’ve had a lot of different variations but if I’m being quite honest I had the enchilada plate and I thought it was quite lackluster for one the sauce ones pretty bland it also felt like it had no kick to it it wasn’t spicy by any means and maybe I had to ask for that but it was literally just a red tomato sauce in my opinion. I had gotten a Torta (carnitas meat) sandwich, some vampiros tacos (carnitas meat), and partner got three general tacos with carnitas as well. Let me tell you... Both of us enjoyed our meal to the MAX. Even with the jalapeño in the torta, it was so refreshing. The way it was spiced was delicious. The sandwich was a good size too, got tacos just incase, but only got to eat one taco before I got full. Ingredients were very fresh. I am now addicted to the sandwich and want some more. I am eating the rest of my tacos for dinner tonight and can't wait...
