Choose the "dine-in" option because this location has perfected the art of screwing up your drive-thru order. Seriously, they got it down to a science.
When inside, the overall dinning area was clean but behind the counter where they prep their food, it looked like their food delivery truck tipped over and dumped items everywhere.
There were three people ahead of me (actually 5, but it was only 3 orders because there was a group of 3 that was together), it still took them over 5 minutes just to get to me. Those four cars in drive through must have been too much for them to handle I guess.
They took my order and the waiting began. First the usual ten minutes I was used to, then it went up to 15. The building was staffed with two cashiers, one drive-thru cashier, and three people in the back prepping the food. One of the cashiers in the front happened to be the manager.
The kitchen prep crew actually did a decent job getting the food out into their heated chute. What the store lacked was any form of leadership to get that food into the right bags and to the right customers. Instead, it just pilled up extremely unorganized. The on-duty manager stood there clueless while orders were backing up and people started waiting some more.
After 20 minutes of waiting, they decided to bag my meal. Oddly enough, the person in charge of making the drinks had to dump out my smoothie back into the blender to reblend it cause it was the first item he/she made 20 minutes prior.
Will I eat there in the near future? Probably not. Maybe a few months from now they hire more competent management to keep customers in, and orders going out faster.
I wont blame everyone else that worked there for such a shoddy service. This was flat out poor leadership. You get what you pay for. BK: Spent an extra few dollars/hour on better staff. I, as the consumer will not mind to pay more for my food if it means getting me out the door faster.
By the way, you guys DID manage to screw up my order one more time. This time it was in my favour though when you threw in a double whooper vs the single that I ordered.
I hope nobody else has a similar experience. It was just sad...
Read moreWorst experience! Ordered a bacon melt with lettuce and tomato which I paid for. When I got my order I immediately realized there’s no lettuce and tomato. It baffles me how they forgot to add them when the sticker on my burger wrapper says “ADD LETTUCE” and “ADD TOMATO” in huge font. So I went back and asked them to add lettuce and tomato. After they did that I realized they also forgot to put bacon in there. Again it baffles me how they can forget to put bacon when it’s a BACON melt! So I had to go back for a second time for them to fix my order. They made a new one for me and promised it was made correctly. However, when I almost finished eating my sandwich I realized there were no caramelized onions which were supposed to be in there. I suspect they forgot to put them again, or the onions could be in very little amount and I just didn’t notice them. It’s crazy how many times it takes them to make a simple order correctly. It feels to me like their staff who make the order just don’t know how to read! This location definitely needs better training and management on their staff. The only good thing is that there was one server who was nice and friendly enough through this whole thing, while the other two servers seemed to be very unhappy and have an attitude against me even though it was their fault for not getting my order right in the...
Read moreGot ripped off today at this location in Belgrade. I placed my order on the Burger King app just before arriving. We had planned to eat inside. However, there was a sign on the door that said "drive in only." So we went to the drive in order kiosk and waited five minutes. No sign that anyone was in the store working. SO then we drove around to the pickup window. No sign of anybody inside--taking or delivering orders, cooking, nothing. So we left. HOWEVER, Burger King was happy to charge my credit card for the $15.00 order. When I tried to get a refund through their "customer service" on the App, they finally offered me a $10.00 refund to which I refused. THat's a pretty good business model: Charge 15.00 and refund 10.00. Today is Sunday. I will call corporate on Monday to explain my ripoff. I will NEVER, EVER visit this Burger King location again. Nor will I EVER use the Burger King app again. I assumed that it would work efficiently like the McDonalds and Dominoes Apps. I was wrong. As an update, I filed a complaint with their online customer support and I notice that they DID refund my credit card. However, after today's experience, I will not bother to visit this Burger King in...
