Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Belgrade

So, at 4:13, I called in an order for carryout. It was simple, 2 large pizzas and a cinnamon rolls. The guy on the phone said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at 4:29. The door was locked, the lobby was closed. At 4:33 an employee came out and said they were busy, asked for name and then went back inside. At 4:40 the employee returned to my vehicle with 2 boxes and a receipt. I gave a $100 bill and they went to get change. I then noticed the name on the receipt was not my name. I looked in the boxes to find these were not my pizzas. I got out of my vehicle, took the pizzas to the door and explained the error to the employee. There was a car parked 2 spaces over where these pizzas were then given to the correct customer- after being in my vehicle and boxes opened by me. ( not that i did anything to them, but this is the era of covid) At 4:47 the employee came back with my $100 bill and said they could not make change. Whatever... I walked over to the grocery store and bought a coke to get change. It was 4:58 when I had my correct order and change from $42.00 in my hand. The good news is that the quality of my order was what you would expect from pizza hut. It was good, but totally not worth all the nonsense I had to endure. Maybe open the lobby guys, you are failing the convenience and customer satisfaction game, not to mention the health risks- I am shocked that they gave the pizza to the guy after I had it in my vehicle for...

We have had one bad experience here after another. We have always been loyal customers, and recently we ordered for delivery and one of our pizzas came and it was just onions. It was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage, so just onions was not even close! It was suppose to be for my kiddos! I called and they said they credited the order back on our account. I was happy enough that they attempted to remedy the mistake. A month later, we decided to use the credit but could not figure out how to pay with it. Finally, after many calls, the order went through credited and then came significantly late. We opened the box and couldn’t figure out what in the heck the kind of pizza it was. Took a bit- It was Buffalo chicken! The all time worst pizza, in my opinion. Not even the neighbors wanted this pizza we tried to giveaway. We then had to go out to a fast food drive through because by this time, it was nearly 8pm and I have young kids (1 yr and 6).Safe to say, we WILL NOT be going back. The orders at this location seem to be hit or miss. Sometimes they really fulfill the order, other times they fall short. Sometimes the order is spot on, other times you feel like you got ripped off. This class order was supposed to be cheese lovers with extra cheese and extra black olives. I received under cooked crust with no flavoring as requested. Regular cheese (definitely not cheese lovers AND extra cheese), and hardly any black olives (again definitely not the extra I paid for). I was disappointed after a long day of work I really wanted to dive into all that cheese and ended up with a tasteless pizza. Other orders are amazing. Frustrating there is no...
