I HAD HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE WITH MICHAEL THE MANAGER!! I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND ORDERED TWO LARGE ROYAL CHEESECAKE BLIZZARDS WITH EXTRA, AND OF COURSE PAID FOR THE EXTRA CHEESECAKE. WHEN I GOT HOME, I GAVE MY HUSBAND HIS ROYAL CHEESECAKE AND STARTED EATING IT AND LOOKING FOR THE EXTRA CHEESECAKE AND THRRE WERE 2 PIECES! AND SO I DUMPED HIS AND MINE INTO CUPS FROM HOME AND THERE WAS NO CHEESECAKE IN MINE! SO OF COURSE I CALLED AND MICHEAL DID NOT APPOLOGIZE AND HE SAID OKAY COME DOWN AND WE WILL GIVE YOU NEW ONES. SO I WENT STRAIGHT DOWN THERE AND I WENT INSIDE AND THE ASST MANAGER SHANNON WAS SO NICE AND MADE US NEW ONES. I ASKED HER FOR MY MONEY BACK AND SHE SAID I HAD TO TALK TO MICHAEL AND SO I ASKED HIM FOR MY MONEY BACK FOR MY TROUBLES..... HE TOLD ME NO! AND HE TOLD ME THERE WAS CHEEDECAKE IN THE LAST ONES AND ACCUSED ME OF LYING!!!!!!! WHY WOULD I GO GET NEW ONES IF THERE WAS CHEESECAKE IN THE LAST ONES, MAKES NO SINCE!!! HE WAS VERY VERY RUDE AND UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE ABOUT MICHEAL NOT TREATING HIS CUSTOMER RIGHT AND ACCUSING ME OF LYING AND UNTIL THE CORPORATE OFFICE OR SOMEONE CALLS ME FROM THERE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT, I WILL NOT REMOVE THIS AND I WILL BE POSTING THIS OTHER PLACES!!! Read moreEvery time my wife and I have gone to this establishment we have had very poor customer service. The staff is rude, they mess up on orders, and they have all kids working there. They should really get some more experienced staff in there and get better training. The thing that was the worst part of my experience this time was there was a long line that I waited for to get a turkey sandwich. The customers in front of me ordered 6 piece chicken strips and we where the very next people in line. When they asked what we wanted to order I asked for there turkey sandwich and right as I said that someone in the back yelled kitchen is closed. So the cashier just told me that the kitchen is closed even though the customer before me just did a order for chicken strips. If they are going to close the kitchen at 8 PM they should at least have a sign that lets customers know that rather then letting them stand in line for over 20 minutes to not even be able to get what they came for. Read moreI'm kindof bummed to be honest. I went there after work yesterday and had ordered a shake that's all just a shake. I had waited 30 minutes in the lobby while others who came in after me were getting their stuff, which were blizzards and food, and when I did say something I would get told yup were working on it. After about another 5 minutes I left without receiving anything. I work just down the street in a customer service job so I understand being short staffed, running out of things, and being busy, I understand that however, I'm just really bummed that I didn't get the shake I had ordered. I don't know what needs to happen but waiting 35 minutes for a shake that I never got was a little absurd to me.
