Starbucks — Restaurant in Belgrade

No. I love Starbucks but the people there are the absolute rudest and nastiest people I’ve EVER dealt with. We never really had problems before but until a couple weeks ago that changed. I went in to just get my mom and I our regular orders. First off once I got there, there was only one employee behind the counter and it was also the weekend so it was pretty busy. This part I don’t mind because I work at the Starbucks in target and we have problems being very short staffed so I understood that part. I waited for about 10 minutes until I was able to order and a short woman who I believe is named “Ellie” took my order. I asked for my drink first, had no problem. But once I asked for my mothers drink it’s where everything turned sour. I said “could I please get a grande hot, 1 pump mocha with 3 shots” and she grabs an ice cup. Keep in mind this whole time she hasn’t said a word to me. I see her grab the iced cup and so I stop her and ask very nicely to make it a hot one. Once I said that she threw the cup on the ground and grabs a venti hot cup when I asked for grande. Once I get my drinks and go, I get into my car and realize she made a white chocolate mocha with 3 shots. I go home and tell my mother about everything and my mom is not happy. She leaves and once she came back she said the woman STILL made her drink wrong and it was also another venti instead of grande. She called to report her and they were very nice about and said they’d speak with her and pay for our next drinks. This morning I went in again and it was the same lady. She started being nice to me (which is what I was expecting) and it was going fine until she again, grabbed an ice cup for my moms order. I told her it’s a hot drink once again and she tossed it into the trash. It went fine and I didn’t mind it. There was another man behind the counter helping which I thought was good. Once they handed the drinks out they didn’t even stop to say that my drinks are done or even a very simple “have a nice day” which I couldn’t see me doing. I always call the order out and tell people to have nice days. So once I grabbed my drinks I told them thanks and bye. Horrible...

3/22/2018: At least they did a good job replicating my drink from City Brew. I practically had to ask to get my order taken. The "barista #1" didn't even tell me how much I owed, I had to look at the screen. I find that kind of rude. "Barista #2" made my special order drink, even did a good job of it. I tipped them and mentioned that I won't have to drive to Bozeman to get my City Brew drink....Crickets... I will go to Bozeman and get my City Brew drink. Personality goes a long way... these guys are 1/10th as charming as the pig Arnold, from 'Green Acres'. I, again, don't dig on Starbucks. Those two trolls...

Every single time I go into this Starbucks, I never end up with the coffee I ACTUALLY order. And whenever I ask the employees to remake it to the size or whatever specific type of coffee I ordered, then get nasty attitudes and and rude to fix their own mistakes. Don't bother coming here for a frap either. They will CHARGE you for the frap, but give you an iced coffee because they're too lazy to do their own jobs. And this is coming from someone who use to make coffees for a living. It's not that hard at all. Worst Starbucks in this area. If I could leave no...
