McDonald's — Restaurant in Bell

I had to change my 5 star review cuz im kind tired of the this particular worker today i bought food and i tried to get her attention and when she finally paid attention to me i told her my order was wrong. She gave me a look of indifference like she didnt care and she change out the burger and didnt say im sorry or thanks. I dont know her name she had glasses and a burgundy shirt. My kids come here after school and they have told me similar stories about this lady. My fam and i come here often and i know you guys get busy but treating a customer poorly or indifferent surely sends out the wrong message. Next time im there im going to avoid this person, she seems like shes not cut out working in customer service. I dont like writing negative reviews unless its merited and today was that day. I hope this gets fix cuz i like coming here most of the staff are friendly and very accommodating. If shes treating adults thisbway i can only imagine how she treats kids that go...

I went today at 1:03pm and was highly disappointed with the menu advertising all day breakfast but not being able to purchase a breakfast bowl because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. I asked for a minute to rethink my order and the drive thru employee named Elizabeth was rude and rushed my order. Then when I pulled up to pay she showed more poor customer service by shutting the window while I was speaking to her. She also didn't have a name tag on. I had to ask the manager who also didn't have a name tag on what was her name. She then asked me what happened and I told her she has poor customer service. The manager didn't try to make it better at all. Didn't even apologize. And to top it off my order was wrong and my fries were stale. This has got to be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My fries 🍟 are always cold I order large cus I want extra fries that I pay for and they give me a large box halfways full, that’s unacceptable if I’m paying $5 for some fries. Also the sweet tea is just not it! I mean I understand is called sweet tea but do you guys put a lot of sugar on purpose so ppl don’t reorder it cus it taste like water with sugar syrup. 🤮 on the plus side the ice cream machine is working again. Service is okay I guess, they can do better with customer service at the drive thru when they give you your food, they give you attitude for them giving you the wrong sauce when you clearly asked at the speaker you wanted sweet n sour and instead they gave you bbq sauce.
