Camp Little Bear Park and Lodge — Attraction in Bell

Great little park in the city of Huntington Park. Four separate playgrounds, one for toddlers, the other for older kids and the other for mid-range minions. They have a Astro turff half court for soccer in the front and a half court inclosed area for basketball. The offices have clean bathrooms and staff who can help with Band-Aids and computers when available for the kid to do homework. The par is showing its age with a few of the water sprayers out of order and they do not look like they will be ready for the summer. Mini golf course if up and running. Other than the limited parking this place is a great spot to wear...

I went yesterday at about 7:45am. I was parking my car. A heavy female worker comes over and tells me I can't walk around the park because the park opens at 8am. I said "Ok, I will park my car here but walk my dogs around". A few minutes go buy. I am still in my car and I see the woman just standing by. I start getting off the car with my dogs.

She comes over and tells me "You can't be at the park". I repeated myself as in "I am not taking my dogs to the park yet. I just told you that!" It's so annoying to have someone hover over you and police you! I don't think I am going back...

My family loves this park. The staff are friendly yet informative if asked questions. So thank you! Also, there are very nice butterflies that sometimes like to play around. 😀 Just be careful you don't step on one, it might be injured. UPDATE Please keep an eye on your children. A grown girl with her siblings were playing on the little kids play area. My 2 two year was climbing when she was pushed. She hit her forehead and head yet the kids still managed to laugh at what happened. She didn't apologized. No sight of her...
