I’m really disappointed with the service at Gelato Rossa. Priscila was helping us and was incredibly rude it started with her prioritized customers who arrived after us, saying, “You have a large order and they only have one item, on top of that, we specifically asked for a kid’s size ice cream, but she charged us for a classic size instead, and wouldn’t refund us. The whole experience was frustrating, and I will think twice before coming back again

Hidden Gem, A Must-Visit! I visited Gelateria for the first time today, and it instantly became my favorite spot! Despite its small size, this place packs a big punch with its incredible ice cream and coffee. The flavors are unique and absolutely delicious, and the coffee is perfectly brewed. The cozy, intimate setting adds to the charm, making it the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat or a quiet coffee break. This place isn't even opened yet and they have already provided the best customer service I have experienced in quite awhile. I was casually driving around when I noticed the bright pink gelato signage. Of course I had to stop, unbeknownst to me this place was still not opened. I walked in on a private event with owners celebrating their upcoming soft opening. Instead of them asking me to leave they invited me to try some of the flavors. They even prepared a cone for me! I know, right! The most amazing thing I found was the chocolate dispenser. They had both chocolate & white chocolate. This elevated the cone! I ordered the Nutella & vanilla gelato with a mix of chocolate & white chocolate. This was absolutely delicious! They have a lot of other flavors that I can't wait to try! Stopped in to try this cute new place. Ambiance is great, staff is very friendly. However, the gelato was more icy than creamy (straciatella and peanut butter cup) and was not enjoyable to eat. We also ordered a sundae and were disappointed that the entire sundae had one small spoonful of chocolate drizzled on it, and the amount of whipped cream far overpowered the amount of gelato. Definitely need to re-evaluate the portions of the toppings compared to the gelato, I’d recommend a second scoop of chocolate (why not one white and one dark?!) and cutting back on the whipped cream.
