Subway — Restaurant in Houston

My kids come here sometimes after school. They tell me that whenever they order a sub it has very little meat in it and I thought maybe they are just exaggerating so one day I decide to go and see for myself. I got two footlong spicy Italians since I had a BOGO. Each one is supposed to get ten slices of pepperoni and ten slices of salami. The first sub got 7/6 and the second one got 6/6. When I tried to explain that they did not give me enough meat, the workers only spoke Spanish and in broken English told me the manager/Owner said to do it that way. Worse, they did not know how to enter a BOGO coupon but luckily I went on the app to complete the order. When I asked my son how much he gets on his normal 6 inch Turkey sandwich, he said sometimes one slice, sometimes two. Either the workers are poorly trained or this franchisee/manager is fraudulent. I sent a complaint to corporate but apparently it went to the store owner/manager and I simply got a canned "sorry about your experience" response. I walked into Subway hungry as a hostage at 8:15 pm. The sign shows they close at 10:00 pm. The young man at the counter asked if it was to dine in or to go after he made the sandwich. The young woman who I assume was the manager told him to tell me I had to take it to go. All of the chairs were up. I told her I would eat at a booth. She told the young man in Spanish to bag it to go. I told him to make it to dine in because the sign says 10:00 pm. Had she told me when she took my order that the lobby was closed that would have afforded me the opportunity to take my order to go or leave and take my business somewhere else. I come here due to the fact that it's the only place near me where I can stop and grab a quick bite. For whatever reason the customer service is always the same rude and nasty. I choose to ignore it because it's life right?, but today specifically I went here to grab a quick lunch before a meeting I had to attend and ordered a sandwich and 2 cookies, upon asking for the cookies I asked if they can be heated up the lady then snatches the cookies out of my hands and puts them in the oven only to burn them, at first I thought maybe something was burning in the back, but when she handed me my cookies back they smelled burnt.
