Fresh Choice Cafe — Restaurant in Bellaire

I ordered 2 sets of meal through app. Pick up time is 1:30-2:30pm. Arrived at 1:50pm. Staff told me at first that store was closed and her boss had cancelled my orders. But my app still saying to pick up and wasn’t cancelled. Went back in was told that they aren’t closed yet but we have to contact where I ordered to get refund. This is dishonesty and time wasting for consumers.

Edit to the owner’s response: I definitely will not recommend anyone or go back to your store. By the way, you guys are the one joining the app “the third party “ offering $5.99 meal that prevent going to be the waste. It’s your choice to list your business there and offered the meals. I’m just happened to see your offer and paid the meals. If you aren’t going to offer it, shouldn’t put your business there and offer to the public. It sounded like it’s your business decision not to offered the meal for $5.99 after you offered. Then your staff told the consumer that you don’t have the meal after I paid (1-2 hour before arrival ) and picked up within the time frame. Truth is I just ordered after your posted for the availability and head over there within the pick up time frame. If there wasn’t any left over meal then either you shouldn’t post to offer to consumer or cancel immediately when I ordered on the app. I’m not the one at fault...

I had an amazing experience at Fresh Choice Cafe! Not only was the food fresh and delicious, but the customer service was exceptional. I got a little lost on my way there, and the owner went above and beyond to help me find the place. Truly friendly and helpful people who make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

It lives up to the name, Fresh! I would certainly give this place more than 5 stars if I could. Not only is the food here delicious, the service is great and the facility is clean & convenient. They have numerous food choices for everyone's palate, including Halal meat choices. The prices are fairly reasonable and they do not skimp out on portions either.
