We placed a delivery order at 5:09 from the Bellbrook location. Didn’t get our pizza till 7:15 over 2 hours later. Pizza was made incorrectly and cold, literally floppy white bottomed,a step above uncooked raw dough. I called and was told I can drive to their store to return the pizzas for a refund or wait another HOUR and HALF for a remake. I don’t drive, I told the woman this and she said it’s policy I can’t do anything and could only transfer me to the regional manager who didn’t answer. We order cassanos and it cost more every time, but we still pay it because their quality is suppose to be better. That isn’t the case anymore and this will be the last time I ever eat cassanos. And trust I will be getting a refund if not from you it will be a stopped payment from our bank. You can not just take peoples money and give them whatever food you want and then do nothing. That’s not how this works.
Update- The manager called me back and left a message. I was given a full refund. Would have been nice to get an apology since I didn’t get to eat that evening but that’s obviously more than can be expected. Won’t ever trust cassanos with feeding me or my...

The call center told us we could not get a refund since we ate over 25% of a pizza we didn't order. Didn't want a remake as it was 11:00. Couldn't convince anyone on the phone that they can't keep my money for items they did not deliver, and that I was not financially responsible for random items brought to my home. Finally gave up after three calls to the call center. Went to the store the next day. Luckily the guy in charge was willing to spend some time to get this resolved. He made a couple phone calls to the store manager and the call center. At first the call center tried to get away with a $15 credit, but again I explained I spent nearly $50 for items that weren't delivered, and they finally agreed to refund my money. I cannot believe the hassle they put me through, like this was some kind of scam I worked up. How can they legally think they can keep your money when they don't deliver the items paid for.
