I had an order over $50. Ordered 3 medium fries & 1 curly fry with our combos. Checked the bag for accuracy (because there's always something wrong with our order from here) and we received 2 curly fries and 2 French fries. Pulled over and parked to go inside the restaurant to fix the order. Leslie had the audictity to lie to my face that the order said 2 of each and that it was our fault. I tell her it's actually your fault and I'd just like my French fries I ordered. She refused and tells me I need to go back out to the car to get them so she can throw them away as she's lying to me again that the order says 2 of each. I reculantly head back to the car (with sleeping babies (which is why we used the drive thru in the first place)) to grab the fries Y'all messed up and still get attitude from Leslie about the fries. Come to find out the receipt says 3 medium fries and 1 curly. So not only did I not receive any customer service, I was lied to my face several times, and received so much attitude from Leslie. I will NEVER return to this Hardess. And I really hope you take the time to look into Leslie and her customer service. She has none and shouldn't have a job that deals with customers. I ordered the 2/3 monster burger of course it does not come with any veggies so I requested for them to add lettuce tomatoes and pickles. I was told that there would be a charge, ok. Well these are the worst ever looking vegetables that I've seen. The little bit of lettuce that I was given was well I didn't know that there was white lettuce, got no tomatoes and two pickles and I was charged for this, that insane. I would have rather been told that they were out of vegetables or that they couldn't put that on the burger. The drink was flat and not even close to been full and maybe they should clean their fryer oil because the curly fries were disgusting. When we asked for our money Nicole had a very bad attitude and the customer service was horrible. They served about 10 other people that ordered after us before we found out that our order was wrong.
