Horrible experience for first time!!! Waited in line for almost 10 minutes while some idiot decided he needed someone to talk to because he was lonely. The person literally put their car in park & turned off the engine. There's online sites & chat lines for people who need someone to talk to. Super inconsiderate of the 9 patrons including myself who patiently waited behind this jerk!!! Asking just dumb, random questions over & over!! Staff just entertained all the nonsense while there were 9 cars waiting behind me waiting also. I know they can't "rush" but come on now you can speed the process along. Instead of I'm guessing some guy who is the manager coming out to handle that situation & apologize for the inconvenience he kept asking questions, making excuses & wasted more of my time!! It was explained what happen & to drop it yet he just kept talking about it. I was there to order food & not to have a chat session like the inconsiderate person that was purposely holding up the line! The workers decided to not do their job but yet be unprofessional, lazy & nosy by coming out the back door to see what was going on adding fire to the situation. Go figure they were no help either. From the looks I could tell the service would be subpar. Then the unprofessional staff decided they weren't going to take my order once I drove up I guess!! They were listening I was told. I could care less. It didn't even involve them. Too much time on their hands I guess. Fast food customer service at it's finest. I have no hope & faith in it anymore because of countless bad experiences. I drove off & the idiot was now at the window talking once again. Read moreWe did a mobile order here for the first time today, almost two weeks after the store opened. They definitely have things to work out yet. There weren't many people dining inside, but the drive-thru line was slammed. My order was ready 15 minutes late. Every single person who did a mobile order pickup was missing at least one item, and some were missing multiple items... multiple times. One woman came back inside twice, the second time being 45 minutes after her order was supposed to have been ready. When our order finally was ready, the worker placed the bag on the shelf without announcing a name. There were several of us standing there waiting, so we had to go look at the bag to find out whose it was. The worker did not say one word to those waiting for orders. Additionally, none of us were told that we needed to get our own beverages from the soda fountain. They did not even offer to tell any of us that cups were available next to the pickup shelf. Truthfully, it was very poor service. I realize the drive-thru was busy, but why did the manager not step in and have someone double checking orders before placing them on the shelf, when every order had been wrong?? Read morePlaced an online order at 10:59 AM, got a confirmation email that my food would be ready at 11:09 AM i got there a couple minutes before the pick up time and waited. after 10 minutes past pick up time i ask one of the girls at the register if i needed to check in and she says no it will be put over in the mobile pick up section. After waiting 25 more minutes i realize something is really wrong. I go back up to the front and ask if i can cancel my order because i have used up all the time on my UNPAID 30 minute lunch. The manager comes up and says he doesn't even see my order so it must be something wrong on my end, this is while I'm showing him my confirmation email, with the pick up time listed, and a receipt that i paid.. He then grabs his district manager Tammy Young and she says how she is sorry and she can give me a free meal next time...........as if i haven't already waited 30 minutes, now I'm walking out empty handed, after wasting my entire lunch and she expects me to come back next time? Do not waste your time at this location, this was my first time and my last, They can not handle the business and everyone needs retrained....
