Burger King — Restaurant in Illinois

I ordered the two for five croissants for all of my coworkers, a 30 something dollar order, I ordered it online 30 minutes ahead of arrival, I get to the restaurant they’re still not made and they say they’re out of egg, I ask if they could just double up the meat, the response “but we have to charge you extra for that”? My response was well since you don’t have half the ingredients double up on the other half. I’m sorry this is an extremely negative experience with this restaurant! I believe that’s the problem when you don’t have a real, experienced, mature manager with a staff of minimum wage people working under them. People are trying to turn fast food restaurants into a career field and it’s not, it’s meant for high school kids to get some real life work experience and earn a little extra cash or older people that don’t want to stay home and possibly earn a little extra cash. When I see grown men and women and that is your complete staff, and you have a terrible inept manager you’re going to fail. When I asked for the franchise owners name, the young man that brought me my food no idea who they were. He said Dave and Jamie. He wasn’t sure of their last name. And these are the people that you have working here they don’t even know the owners names. Totally...

So I have been to this facility several times over the last few years I have seen what they say is their boss that looks like a drug addict who just woke up the other day another guy who smells like he hasn't bathed in 3 weeks and makes it totally uncomfortable to even be in the restaurant on multiple occasions I show up and they don't even have Whoppers that is your main burger how can you not even know how to order your proper supplies like burgers and Whoppers.The only person I ever see there is one young lady working a night shift with two other employees. I have to wonder how this woman is getting a lunch when she's working with teenagers at night, do they allow them to leave them by themselves or is she refused a lunch on a regular day it would be nice to show up there and be able to get a nice ice BK Joe but unless you're working her shift they don't seem to have any supplies I would love to see Burger King strive for better excellence or at least take note of the young lady who works their night shift she does a wonderful job compared to the rest of their operation this young woman needs a raise or at least to be head of their management in my opinion she seems the only to be the only one who can ever run...

I visited on Oct 13,2025 around 10pm I ordered #10 fish combo changed my fries to onion rings The Lil girl working the drive-thru couldn’t get my order out because she was to busy on her phone and the person making the food is handing he/she handing out cold food my onions rings was half the box and mixed with fries and the few onions right i did get was hard,old and cold and the fish sandwich no cheese and old looking i drive back around the drive thru and they still on her phone and looked up and said damn what and opened the window like i was bothering her i asked for fresh ORings and the person can back to the window with them slung them out to me and hurried up and closed the window this is sad how poor the service is this is only my 2nd time at this location and hi the times have be horrible never again..need customer...
