I went in to order two footlongs and use the bogo offer. The employee said the offer was online only so I placed the order online using my phone whole standing in the store. I told him the order was placed and he refused to fill it claiming he didn't receive it even though I had a confirmation email. I said we'll maybe there is a delay and asked if he could start making the food, because by the time he was done the order would probably transmit. He refused. I told him i paid already, and he told me to contact customer service for a refund. I left and as I was leaving the parking lot he had the nerve to knock on my window and say the order came thru. There was no way I was going to eat anything he prepared at this point after he called me a liar and refused to procide anywhere close to decent service! The bread was stale and hard - must have been days old. The tomatoes were slimy and border line rotten. And this location does not accept Subway coupons - meaning I paid twice as much for this disgusting sandwich than I should have if I could have used a coupon.
