The food is amazing, every time we make the trip to the big Apple this place is a must visit. I mainly come for the entertainment, and tell all my Montreal family and friends to go check out the place, and they do. I always get amazing feedback. The entertainment I mentioned is like no other, it’s like being in an old time barbershop listening to the stories and the back and forth conversations between the owner and patrons. At some point, I don’t even know if the conversation is serious or BS! Lol, just intriguing. Happy to know a landmark such as Piccolos. Happy to visit today as well, as I’m in the area once again, bringing my wife, sister, and 3 children to have lunch today. Always a thrill, and always amazing food. Thanks to the owner and staff for making this place one like no other....

So I wish I could thank Lisa and Joey for the recommendation, because they "nailed" it with...

Chicken noodle soup is a personal favorite, as is the frequent special, ziti and ricotta with meatball. Note: The steak isn't Philly style, it's a quality thin slab of skirt steak. This is North Jersey, folks! Proprietor Pat Spaccavento is gruff but loveable; he might just be gruff during your visit but consider that a complimentary floor show. (Truly, he's a sweetheart, always asking after family members, etc.) Don't forget to visit the Sinatra shrine in...
