If I could give 0 stars I would….I do not recommend this salon if your looking for a color change…I went in and the owner told me she can get me from black to plum, scheduled an appointment for that weekend and let me tell you worst decision I ever made. 1st I was over charged $370 for color changed with bleaching and blow out. I walked out of the salon with magenta hair…my scalp was scabby and I had to do a deep conditioning treatment…after the 1st wash I realized my hair was 2 different colors, orange and purple…I will never go back to this place or recommend them to anyone…now I have to go to a real salon and have them work magic to get my hair one color and...

I needed a makeover and wasn't so sure on what color or style I wanted. I had a vision of how I wanted to look but I wasn't too sure on how to explain it to the owner. The owner was very helpful and attentive. She took her time with me and explained the process as this was my first makeover. She was super professional and sweet. I enjoyed my time here and I love how she understood what I wanted and made it happen! Got my hair done with Nelva and she did an amazing job. Came in with a picture of how I wanted to style my hair and came out with the exact same look. Going on 3 days with the hairstyle and it still looks good!
