WALKED TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE DRIVE-THRU SAID THEY WEREN'T TAKING ORDERS GET TO THE WINDOW AND THEY SAID OH WE'RE NOT TAKING ORDERS BECAUSE WE HAVE A SHIFT CHANGE. IT'LL BE ABOUT 15 MINUTES. WAITED 15 MINUTES THEN DROVE TO DRIVE THROUGH ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOT TAKEN CASH NOT HONORING ANY REWARDS OR SCANNING FROM THE APP. RIDICULOUS I WISH THEY WOULD JUST CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN BECAUSE THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND YOU'RE NOT SELLING THAT MUCH FOOD. WE WATCHED ABOUT SIX OR SEVEN PEOPLE WALK TO THE WINDOW TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WERE NOT TAKING ORDERS AND ABOUT 10 CARS DRIVING AROUND DRIVE-THRU. Because 85 percent of it is true, I too have experienced that at the same location. I have personally witnessed a lot of what the reviews said. Many years ago, this one location was voted the best Rallys around, I agreed then. A year ago, I went to this location and there were a few cars ahead of me, I got tired of waiting while in front of the ordering, so I said something. And the person said, we are closed now, duh?. Although, the actual closing was not for another 50 minutes. And once viewed, employees were standing around talking, not cleaning up but talking. As a Supervisor myself, we work until it's time to clock out on our Computers. Our language must be on code also when talking to customers, I hate to say this, but (sometime), your losing due to an employee's wrong character to others. I thought I misheard the lady say $10.14 but when I got to the window and she said $10.14, I asked why since the board said $8.19. She told me unless a person request small, which is the $8.19, they automatically charge for a medium. I told the lady, her name is Dee, that I wanted a small. She slammed the window shut and started ranting and raving about me wanting a small and how she can't read my mind and how was she supposed to know I wanted a small. When she opened the window, I calmly told her that I, also, cannot read her mind to know that I was going to be charged for a medium versus a small, considering the small price is listed on the board. She then told me, they cannot offer the small nor ask if the customer wants a medium or large. So beware, if you want small, which is like a medium McDonald's, tell them when you order, otherwise you will automatically be charged for medium. And in my case, it was an additional $2.
