I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the service and overall experience I have had at this particular Starbucks location. I have been a loyal customer since the day it opened, but the recurring issues have made this the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.
First and foremost, the wait times have been absolutely ridiculous. I have waited in the drive-thru for a minimum of 30 minutes and, on one occasion, even endured an hour-long wait. It is incredibly frustrating to spend that much time waiting, only to be told that the items I ordered are unavailable. This seems to be a common complaint among customers, and it is high time that management addresses this issue.
Additionally, the drive-thru setup itself is poorly designed, with only one lane available. This means that once you enter the drive-thru, you are essentially trapped and unable to exit. It's a frustrating experience, especially when you have to wait for an extended period of time.
Moreover, the quality of the drinks has been consistently subpar. There have been multiple instances where my order was prepared incorrectly, further adding to the frustration caused by the long wait times. It is disheartening to receive a drink that doesn't match what I ordered, and it raises concerns about the attention to detail and training of the staff.
However, what pushed me over the edge was my recent visit. I ordered my usual Strawberry Acai Refresher with lemonade and waited patiently for 30 minutes. When they finally handed me a drink, it turned out to be someone else's order—a Pink Drink. I informed the staff of the mistake, and they assured me they would make my correct order. After another 10-minute wait, I was handed the same incorrect drink again. When I tried to explain that it was not what I ordered and showed them a picture of how it should look, one of the employees yelled at me, insisting that they had given me the right drink. To make matters worse, a lady with a short haircut approached me with a confrontational attitude, rolling her eyes and rudely claiming that the incorrect drink was, in fact, the Strawberry Acai Lemonade. It was a terrible customer service experience, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.
As someone who understands the challenges faced by businesses, I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by the staff. The whole experience was completely unacceptable.
I hope that the management of this Starbucks location takes my feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements. The consistently poor service, excessively long wait times, and dismissive attitude of the staff need to be addressed urgently. Read moreI'm going to start off by saying I have given this location a try 3 times and each time was a horrible experience. First an foremost I've been a FAITHFUL starbucks consumer for 15+ years. I've visited locations all across the country and this is by far the SLOWEST location I've ever been to. And I get it, I'm from NYC which have very busy locations but the service is top speed! I have yet been to a location that is as quick and precise as locations in NYC. But this place is extremely slow, even during off peak hours, always short stocked and the drinks are NEVER good. EVER! My visit before the last I just said heck with it, I'm never going to this location again. But yesterday, I was really pressed for time and it was out of pure convenience to go here. I want to start off my review based off my recent experience by saying it was my birthday. I sent in my mobile order and proceeded to go inside to pick up my order and hear birthday drink for Maya. And to my surprise NOTHING. It's my birthday, it's in the system AND it's printed on the order ticket, so u see it as u are preparing my order. Normally, when I go into Starbucks on my birthday I'm greeted with great energy and birthday wishes. On very few occasions I get just a quick happy happy birthday or just a "birthday drink for maya". But no. On this day the batista just placed my order down on the counter. Here's my biggest issue. Normally when u walk into Starbucks the batistas are screaming out people's names for their drinks so u know ur order is ready. This particular batista, Jason to be exact, was just placing drinks on the counter not even notifying the costumers the drink is ready. There was about 12 drinks just sitting on the counter and everyone placing their hands on each individual cup searching for their order. Huhh? Did we not just have a pandamic?! I don't know where these people hands been! Not even the decency to turn the ticket around so we can see our names without having to touch the cup. Totally unsanitary and unacceptable! It's bad enough I had to wait 15 mins for my drink and wasn't greeted with a simple happy birthday. But I also had to deal with the uncertainty of a clean cup? That was definitely my LAST straw. I will NEVER be visiting this location again. I've given this location chance after chance and each time was let down. I'm totally disappointed.
