Extremely unhappy with the product and especially customer service! Buyers - be very very careful with this place. They claim that they have been selling caviar for 7 years but I have no idea how they survived for such a long time with the absolutely nightmarish attitude towards their customers. Do not count on them if you are unhappy with the product! IT MUST BE OPENED WITHIN THE 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING AND THEY NEED TO BE CONTACTED IMMEDIATELY. So I opened the so called 'OSSETRA BLACK CAVIAR' - $200 within a week of delivery to discover that it tastes bitter and absolutely green in color (not black with subtle green how it is supposed to look but yellow/green) , which (as I was told by the manager) is completely normal. I grew on the Caspian Sea shore and know exactly how black caviar looks and what it tastes like. Let me tell you - what I have received has nothing to do with the actual thing. The customer service and the manager refused to even offer an exchange let alone the refund. Claiming that the product is perfect and I should have contacted them within 3 days as per policy. Needless to say I will never return to this awful place again.
--- EDIT after the owner's response. The post was not about just the color variation. I did order before and the order had no quality problems so I never had to deal with your customer service... As soon as I received the unexpected 'surprise' this time, I complained and was referred to the fine print about refunds and exchanges, which clearly states: "If you are not satisfied with the products you purchase from Awers Inc. in any way, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the product and we will correct the problem or refund you in full (less shipping charges)." That is what my post is about - not about my subjective taste. I would have thought that a reputable company could address such a minor complain in a better fashion rather than losing a repeat...

The differences in between them are mainly in size off eggs, color and perhaps degree of saltiness but they all taste very good. I highly recommend ! I thought that Chum Salmon caviar was the best although it is somewhat more expensive than others.
I placed this order a few days before Thanksgiving with standard shipping. The Company send me an email that because of the holiday UPS will not make the delivery before Thanksgiving and asked me if I want 2nd Day delivery at a small discounted extra cost. I said yes and the caviar arrived on time to enjoy. This effort by the Company to reach out to me to make sure that I am satisfied, indicates that they care for their customers. 100g Ossetra Black caviar was of an exceptional quality, but was enough for 10 sandwiches only. Still, we enjoyed every bit of it! 250g Ossetra had a bit different taste, but was also very good and lasted for many more sandwiches!
250g Red caviar was a very reasonable quality, especially for its price - better than we can buy locally for 45% more.
Also, I definitely appreciated Awers customer service when there was an issue with the delivery on one of the orders. Care for customers is a sign of great business. Please keep in mind that Black Caviar ships overnight, but Red one has a 3-day...
