First of all, I'd like to know why a kid (age 10-12) was cleaning walls in the back, then going around cleaning doors, tables, trash recepticles, etc and not very well (he was a kid!!)
Anyway, my husband had noticed almost everyone was on their phones while making our order (We were the only ones inside). Our food was not hot and all of the toppings for my whopper were piled on one side. Okay, whatever.. I took my burger apart and fixed it up. I picked it up to take a bite and all this juice along with the ketchup and mayo ran right out. Cool. While I was attempting to eating my now soggy whopper, I noticed a lady sitting in the drive-thru at the menu for like 5 minutes, before I hear from the back "sorry for the wait...." Dude, it wasn't busy and nobody else was inside. Not sure what the wait was for, but they sure sounded like they were having fun in the back. Lots of laughing, not enough working??
Continuing on, as we finished up I needed to order something for my mom. A double cheeseburger, ketchup only and a large fry. Not a big deal... until I watch this girl in the back make the burger with no gloves on. In fact, there was another lady next to her who did have gloves on, but she wasn't making the burger! Huh???? The girl up front goes to bag the order when I ask her if I could get a new burger made WITH GLOVES. Meanwhile, the girl who didn't use gloves was walking around the back eating a bun, wiping off the counter with a dirty rag. Then she tossed the half-eaten bun ON THE COUNTER to grab a broom and dustpan. The girl in front saw this and made some passive-aggressive comment about wearing her gloves blah blah.
Never going there again. Very disappointed with the entire experience. Mind you, I work in fast food and have for several years. I know how lazy some workers can be, but that was the worst display of professionalism I have seen. I am...
Read moreUsually not more than a person or two in the restaurant, but it is extremely busy in the drive-thru daily. During this instance today (jan 22, 2020) I ordered for a few people (BOGO whopper no tomato no onion, 2 5 for $4 deals no ketchup on one of the meal deal burgers). The drinks were right but 1 straw was given, ketchup was on both burgers, and no sauce was given for the nuggets when barbecue was requested after sauce was offered. I was 1 of 3 orders. If they crack under that kind of pressure why bother? The food is decent, but wait times vary from the expected wait to 10-20 minute waits depending on the rush.
Vegetarians beware the impossible whopper is served with mayo. For those that are curious about the impossible whopper as I was be careful as it actually caused an allergic reaction in a family member. As far as the sandwich itself it had a decent taste with a semi-powerful aftertaste. For me real beef is the only choice.
On 6/30/2020 at 2:05pm received the worst customer service of my life at this location. I had clearly written the instructions out for each part of my order and the employees repeatedly screwed up our order. Messed up to such an extent that it took nearly and hour and not many people were there.
We made the employees known about our food allergies and we still kept receiving the items we're allergic to each time they were remade until the final time they made them. Then we were charged $5 too much for added bacon on 3 items and the associate told us "that's what you ordered" and walked off keeping our $5 change when we should have had $6.93 back we got $1.93. I love BK food but this location (only 1-2 minutes from my house) is absolute garbage. I will never understand how people mistaken clearly-written instructions line by line in their own...
Read moreNot sure why everything too so long. We were the only customer in the drive thru and no one was in the restaurant. So we figured it was taking a long time because they were making everything fresh. Fries were a bit warm but not fresh, and although the whoppers were both delicious, they were cold as well. If it weren't for that, I would've rated this a 0 star if I could based on the attitude of the employee at the window. I wish I would've gotten her name. She seemed completely inconvenienced, never said a single nice word, walked at a snail's pace, never thanked us or anything. Also, she gave us our drinks right away when we paid but without any straws. After waiting for 5 or 6 minutes she finally brings us our food. I look in the bag and still no straws. She instantly closes the window (again no thanks or anything). So I try to wave her down and she just walks away back to the kitchen. I sat there for another 2 minutes when she finally saw us and opened the window and just looked at me. So I asked if we could get some straws please, so she grabs two straws, hands them to me and closes the window, again no apology or anything. I mean, I get it, it's not a 5 star restaurant, its Burger King. But seriously, this woman clearly hates her job and is letting everyone know by her attitude and demeanor.
