Adding a new review on top of my very old one. Tonight I was scheduled to pick up a door dash order from this location that was placed about 20 minutes prior to close. And waited a while with no response. So I pulled up to the window and knocked and honked and waited another five or so minutes while I tried to figure out what to do. Finally someone came to the window. During all of this a car pulled into the drive through behind me and waited and got no response so went past me to leave. By this time it was about 5 minutes until close. I can't say for certain but I get the feeling that they were trying to close before the listed closing time and thought that just ignoring the drive-thru would be sufficient. It's May of 2025 I ordered the Triple Double Crunchwrap. It was horrible. It was mostly lettuce, there was no flavor, and there was hardly any meat at all... which is probably why it was flavorless... According to the picture on the menu, there's supposed to be 2 layers of meat, but as you see in my picture, I can't even rightly say there was one layer of it. The mini beef quesadilla was good though. Probably because there was meat in it 🤷🏻‍♀️

It’s been a long while since I’ve been to The Bell. I had a craving and I fixed it. The staff was really friendly and the food was fresh and made to order. I had a double decker taco, bean burrito, beef cheese burrito with a medium tea. It definitely hit the spot! The facility was very quiet and clean. It was pretty much spotless. It was nicer to have the whole place to myself. Ordering was easy. I used the kiosk and I had my food given to me shortly after. If I could make one recommendation… the staff should not be parking in the app pickup spot especially when there is only 2 of them. I would definitely return and recommend this spot.

I just went through drive through at 830am on April 30th 2025. I haven’t had actual good customer service from tacobell in so long. The worker with the glasses and shaggy hair style was absolutely amazing, they were super nice, super patient, very friendly and respectful. So many food places including this location I always expect average or below average service from since most of the time the employees seem annoyed that someone comes to order something and usually just says “order when you’re ready” this person was all around just a breath of fresh air and I hope to see more people like this getting hired. I get the fast food industry can be a pain to work for, I’ve worked it myself. I appreciate this person’s attitude and friendly manner. It makes customers feel welcome and not like a complete burden.
