Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bellevue

Waited well over 2 hours for the delivery when the estimated time was 1 hour. Had no updates whatsoever on delivery even on the tracker until 1:45 minutes later. Delivery driver drove right past my house and took a while to get back. Then he comes to the door and says something very strange when taking the pizza out of the bag. I then notice he had two ranch dipping cups when I paid for 2 garlic dipping cups. He then says do you have any flashlight so I can see the receipt to verify if I even have the correct order as they have me on a double right now. Seriously why didn't you verify the order before you took it to me. Then he says oh I think I have those garlic cups in my car. Comes back and says no I don't have them I must have grabbed the wrong cups. He took the ranch cups back even though I paid for 2 dipping cups. Pizza and bread is pretty much cold by the time it got here and I live less than 5 minutes away.

I have ordered several times from this location and it is late on delivery every single time and barely warm pizza. His resolution for me was to call the store to get 10% off my next order. Won't be ordering from this location again. Gave them too many chances and seems to get worse...

First time I ordered they charged my debit card 4 times for $153. Was almost impossible to get my money back. Took well over a week and had to talk to the store manager and regional manager who was to busy at the time to resolve the issue. So against my better judgment I ordered again. They charged my debit card twice for $35 and the pizza never came. Called the store and got the,sorry there is nothing we can do for you and we'll let the manager know. A week goes by and nothing. Called yesterday and got the my manager will be in tomorrow. Well the manager just called and tried to blame it on the debit card that I have from capital credit union thinking it was a cash app or something. So in the 2 times I ordered they took over $200 they weren't entitled to and the food never even showed up the second time!! Waited weeks to get my money back and was offered nothing. This store is an absolute joke and so is everyone that works there. Do not order anything...

…I ordered Dominos a couple of weeks ago. A kid that was “higher than life” came to the door brought me the wrong order. I called and spoke to someone and they said they would send the new order right away and they would give me a $25 credit. Well no pizza a half hour later and then I call and talk to someone else…I really think they forgot us….but also no credit. So Monday, I call and talk to someone who was the owner I believe and I tell him what happened and he says he’ll issue me a $25 credit… which you guessed it I NEVER got.

I have had nothing but bad luck with Dominos, (which is unfortunate because it’s our favorite) all of them have awful delivery service and customer service. I’ve even written to corporate and no answer! I tried to give you guys a chance but guess I’ll find a new favorite…anyone...
