We ordered on the app, so it's not appropriate for me to comment on the atmosphere. However, the service I received was above and beyond! I have food allergies, (in this case I was inquiring about onions and chives) and I called the store to find out the ingredients for the blue cheese salad and the wedge salad as they weren't listed on the app, nor the desktop site. My call was answered by a young man named either Trey or Trevor. When I asked him for the ingredients list, he responded, "I don't know, and I don't have a menu in front of me. Is it OK to transfer you to the 'to-go' desk? The girl back there (her name I THINK was Addie) is way more knowledgeable than myself. And since you have allergies, I don't want to give you the wrong answer." I thanked him profusely, emphasizing how impressed I was that not only did he not know, he was willing to admit it AND try to find me a resolution at the same time. I was put on hold, and Addie quickly answered my call. She informed me that both salads DID contain onions, but they were made fresh to order, and they could accommodate my needs. I thanked her and hung up. I finished placing my order on the app. About thirty SECONDS after placing my order, Addie CALLED ME! She wanted me to know that the seasoning on the prime rib contained onion powder, and she wanted to warn me so that I could take appropriate action. I told her that I'm allergic to the juice of onions and that onion powder was OK. I thanked her over and over again for her thoughtfulness. She very humbly replied, "I'm just doing my job, ma'am." I told her that I was a nurse and that though my allergy is not life-threatening, some people's allergies ARE, and in so doing, her thoughtfulness and attention to detail can very well save lives! I thanked her again, and we hung up. Upon arriving at the store, I decided to go into the "to go" entrance as I wanted to thank Addie personally, but also I wanted to see if they had horseradish. We'd ordered prime rib, and it was not available to order it on the app. I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Heavenly (this name I'm 100% certain!😉) and she told me that Addie had to leave unexpectedly. I asked her about the horseradish, and she came out with 2 types. One was creamed with chives, and the other was grated. She had placed 2 tubs of each type in a little bag and then placed it into our large bag containing our order. However, Heavenly warned me I wouldn't be able to eat the creamed style because it contains chives. I had put my allergies in the comments section of my order on the app, but Addie, as she was leaving, had given Heavenly a head's up in case I inquired about it! These three young people made my experience incredible! This particular restaurant usually has outstanding service anyway, but these three people need to be recognized for the stellar service...

We asked to be seated with low lights then the server seen my wife spoke up yelling so she could hear him then he always was maken sure not only just mine but other tables waa tooken care of. His refile response was less the 1.5 Min the server was polite kind cheerful clean smiling respectful.
When he would get busy the host would not just double check on his tables but triple check on all his tables that day when we pulled in the also was getting there Truck When checking out the server forgot my wife's employment discount fixed it right away I was mind blown how much they not only respect others but also other store employees.

Read moreTonight yet another fail. We came in early enough to get prime rib. Ok so they were out not a issue they had 1 chunk of 12 Oz prime rib left, so we ended up ordering 2 ribeyes, and our son had the 12 Oz prime rib. First and foremost it was over done, med rare but was dry and very leathery, our rib eyes 1 was OK a bit rare for med rare but our son ate some of that but didn't finsh cause it was 2 rare. The wife tried to eat the leather prime rib my bone in rib eye was raw but the outside of it was over done no juices coming out, like they smashed the juice out of it. So me being frustrated and almost angry sent it back and they offered to make me something else I turned it down I had lost my appetite by then. The manager was very understanding for a young lady. The server was seeming very busy and did the best she could I appreciate her completely. So getting ready to leave went to the bathroom and as I was leaving the bus boy decided to charge in and push the door as hard as he could with me on the other side of it as I was reaching to grab the handle the door Flys open and jams my thumb and index finger. So now I'm totally passed UT keeping my cool told the manager to ha e a talk to him about the incident that had occurred. So the time before this the owner had been there we had the same type issues we again explained our concerns she made it right for us and asked for us to please give them another chance we'll we did and they failed. We will not return to outback again. For a place to be about steak this is the worst steak house I've been to. I'll goto a fast food place and order a steak I'm sure they would do 100% better. I will not recommend this place to.anyone but I will warn them about how the food quality is poor and the cooks can't cook it right, im sure they would burn or mess up...
