Went here today to try and get a pretty simple cup of coffee with a little bit of creamer. I was left standing at the register for literally 5 minutes while the single girl working tried to balance making drinks for the drive through and people in the store (this was honestly not her fault she made sure to reassure me that she knew I was there but she was busy). My bigger problem is the manager(?) or shift lead(?) who decided that 10:30am on a Thursday was the best time to initiate an interview leaving her coworker to fend for herself in the middle of a morning rush for coffee. The line for the drive through was legitimately along the entire building and the poor girl that was actually working was struggling. It was a bad experience for a place that I've liked in the past. I would also like to point out the girl that was actually working was trying her best to do her job, meanwhile the other employee was sitting in the dining room interviewing/flirting with someone full well knowing it was absolute chaos behind...

After I ordered and pulled forward I realized I forgot to order a sandwich, but I didn't think it was a big deal because I figured I could just let them know at the window. When I pulled up to the window I asked "Would it be too late to order a bacon ciabatta sandwich?" I figured she just would have said yes and grabbed one. She said no without a moment's hesitation. This wasn't the response I expected, and if it was because they were in a hurry she could have even asked if it was ok to give it to me without heating it up as I've done before at other Scooters locations. She didn't give an apology or explanation either. I'm always confused by people who work customer service but look and act miserable about it and this is the vibe the girl was giving off....
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment in the poor customer service I received at your drive-thru on 5/12/2023 at approximately 2:00. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received on this visit. Firstly, the staff member who took my order was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked a question about the separate check, the tone of voice was rude and sound rushing, and not letting me finish to speak, making me feel like I was bothering them.
Overall, I found the customer service at your drive-thru to be lacking. I hope that in the future, your staff can show greater courtesy and efficiency to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similarly...
