As a former Starbucks partner, I am unimpressed with this crew and how disengaged with their customers they are. Even though this is a licensed concept store, these employees do not embrace The Starbucks mission. One employee on their phone the whole time, the THREE employees to make one drink did not speak to me, but played with products even touching each other with them. At a very busy branch. Both of my orders were incorrect. I ignored the first one but the second one was hot and not iced. I reminded the young lady with glasses that it was iced.
