They subletted and then broke into ### I believe.,as well as #### These ppl cause 90% of the problems here and control most of the drugs. They include former residents from 3 or 4 different units who have been evicted. None of our doors into building lock right now. These ppl intentionally break them daily so they can make their drug money. It is still a scary place to live. Management continues to claim "to be working on it" but after 5 years, I'm not holding my breath. My comment children live here. Is this the childhood Bellevue provides them. I applied for a unit here on the first week of October and was having issues for clearing my application due to self income. AMY AND CASSENDRA BOTH , have been very helpful and on it!! They worked everyday to hurry up and try to approve my application, they are very sweet and punctual. Out of anywhere I’ve lived they honestly are the only ones that actually KNOW how to do their job! I am very greatful for them. This place is horrible. I think king county took all societies rejects and stuck them in the same building. I moved next to 30 Bellevue apartments about 4 years ago, since then my vehicle was stolen twice( I was able to recover it both times). It also has been broken into 4-5 times that I'm 💯 % sure about.
