This place is horrible. None of the employees speak English properly. The lady wouldn’t make me a meatball sub because they were closing in 30 minutes( btw it was 5:30pm and Google maps said open till 7pm and the door said 7pm but I looked a bit harder and seen the pencil 6pm) and she would have to make more meatballs, so I ordered a #3 “the monster” she tried to tell me she was out of that also but I was looking right at the steak, bacon, and cheese!!! So I had to explain the sandwich to her and that all the ingredients were right in front of me.
I specifically asked her not to toast or microwave it, and she didn’t even slow down as she put it in the toaster. I stopped her and reminded her no toaster so she pulls it out and puts it right in the microwave. This time I got a little loud when I said no no no microwave either.
I was beside myself when she tells me she is not gonna make me a sandwich. I didn’t know what to say or do- here is this employee who don’t want to sell me a sandwich because she attempted to do something to my sandwich that I asked her not to do, and I said something to her so she would stop.
Last but not least I attempted to place my order through the app first but it tells me I can’t use my buy one get one free coupon at this location when I verified on the website that this store accepts coupons
I have no idea what’s going on at this store but I’ll never go there again, and hopefully I can stop several others from going there and getting...
Read moreAvoid this subway. Really skimpy on all ingredients, the lady doesnt do anything but walk up to where you place your order and stand there. Had to say, “a little more please.” For everything. If you ask for red onion she will put like two pieces on, if you ask for more she will put like two tiny more pieces. It gets to a point where you just don’t want to ask more please anymore. The only subway that’s worse that I’ve been to is the one by harbor view hospital in Seattle. Better off going into QFC and having them make you a boars...
Read moreStopped by a local Subway in Bellevue and Kirkland. It was nothing fancy, but it got the job done. The store itself was a bit narrower than the typical Subway layout, making it feel slightly cramped during the lunch rush. Parking was a bit of a challenge since it’s part of an older, smaller strip mall with limited spots. That said, I always appreciate seeing a high food safety rating displayed prominently, and this location had one. The service was friendly, and the space was kept clean, which made for a smooth and satisfying...
