Aragon House Cafe has caught our attention for quite a while. We just never found the time to venture out from Los Angeles. However, with everything available online now, we finally had the chance to experience this place known for its fantastic reviews. My sister opted for a wet burrito, while I chose their breakfast burrito, and we also got a pancake breakfast for my daughter. The restaurant had a cozy, intimate atmosphere with a few chairs, and it was clean. The staff, which seemed to consist of just two people—likely the owner and the cook—paid great attention to detail, ensuring our orders were made fresh.
The meat lovers breakfast burrito was outstanding, grilled to perfection and cut in half. It was filled with cheese, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and a delicious homemade spicy salsa. My daughter’s pancake was shaped like Mickey Mouse, adding a touch of magic to her meal. My sister and I enjoyed a Cafe de olla, perfectly sweetened with piloncillo and brewed with aromatic spices. The staff provided excellent service, expressing gratitude for our visit.
