H & H Nursery — Local services in Lakewood

I was so disappointed. I'd driven by so many times and wanted to explore this gorgeous nursery. Visually, it did not disappoint. I got a cart and started loading plants and flowers. There was a plant in particular that I wanted and could not find. I found an employee watering plants in the front and asked if she could tell me where I could find this plant. Her grunt of an answer was "over there". She turned her back to me and continued watering. Hmmmmm. Maybe she is a volunteer? I continued searching in the herb section and found a second employee and asked if SHE could help me. Her curt response was, "Yes, but I am busy, so you will have to wait". I get people being busy. But there are much better ways to make a customer feel like they are not a burden. I waited for a few minutes hovering around the front with my cart. I watched another 3 employees pass me by. NONE acknowledged me. When the one who told me to wait passed me without saying anything to me, I gave up and just left. So...

This nursery is amazing!! Flowers are affordable and well taken care of, and customer service is always professional and available when you have questions. Prices are displayed on signs by the flowers or on the flowers containers. I can't believe someone said they are disorganized, they must of had someone piss in their chereos and are just bitter because they are way more organized than any other nursery I've been to. Only negative thing I could say is parking is tough on weekends. They are also pet friendly!!

One last thing, employees wear a soft yellow shirt that says H and H on it, so if you have questions then approach one of them. They do sometimes go around asking if you have questions but not all the time (which I'm glad they don't ask me if I need help a thousand times, that annoys me and makes me feel like I'm at a car lot)everytime i have approached a worker with questions they always answer my hundreds of questions with vast knowledge...

Janice who claims she is the manager was really very rude . I purchased 5 bags of stone and paid it in cash and when I returned it the next day she said she do not have any cash and will just give me a Company check. I refused to accept it because I paid it in cash and she said we will be going on and on again and talked about it and she will not give me a cash and when I said I am not going anywhere until you give me my cash it is just because I paid her cash why should I go to the bank ? and she said OK I WILL GIVE YOU YOUR CASH BUT YOU CANNOT SHOP HERE ANYMORE. first of all Janice I did not steal from your store why should you treat your customer like that . Employees are very nice and helpful I just cannot believe that they have someone like Janice who manage this Nursery who have a very bad attitude . By the way Janice we are regular customer you might not know about it. but we will not shop there again just...
