Food wasn’t bad. The honey fried chicken sandwich was ok. It was pretty bland tasting too be honest. The fries were frustratingly skinny and hard to dip in the sauce which is kind of annoying when you’re super hungry and could use some cutlery. Shallot mayo was really good though and the staff were friendly. There is definitely room for improvement especially with the atmosphere which just felt really unsettling and quite unpleasant with the harsh cold lighting and mannequins wearing ski masks which is definitely unique but not really conducive to a chill vibe at all. The lighting was super harsh, especially at night; and would otherwise be fine, but really reveals how dirty the restaurant is and has an unpolished feel which doesn’t create a very warm and welcoming vibe. The tables had crumbs all over them and there were dirty marks all on the walls and the door and could use a new paint job and definitely some cleaning. Noone was actively cleaning the tables when patrons left available tables and felt a bit gross as there weren’t many tables available. It makes it awkward to ask too. The bathroom wasn’t available either so you had to go next door. There’s a tipping option and you pick up your own order with a buzzer thingy. I don’t really get the point of tipping when it’s basically a fast food joint and you do everything yourself. The kind of intense music which makes for a bit of a stressful dining experience too tbh, especially with the decor it just feels really unsettling and I have no desire to go back. Maybe if the place was cleaner and a more polished feel it would’ve been different and I’d...

Every time you order you get a different portion but its the same price. The menu is confusing. You cant tell what they are selling. The people at the counter taking orders dont even seem to know what they are supposed to be making. Frying everything in the bone grease makes all of the food way too salty. You taste nothing else but the bone grease. You have to get extea sauce on the side because they barely dress the burgers with anything. But even that ranch and mayo is made with the bone grease stuff and that is salty. It doesnt seem like the people working there even eat the food or care about the menu. And while I was sitting in there several people kept asking what was the concept of the yellow robbery guy things. I dont get it either and I dont want to feel like I'm about to be robbed or attacked while eating food. The area the shop is in is already going downhill with all the homeless drug mental people and playing off that is not helping people feel comfortable eating here. If they stop frying everything in that bone grease stuff, give consistent portions, dress the burgers, stop making the mayos and ranch with the bone grease, fix the menu with clear pics and descriptions of what people are ordering and change the you're going to grt assaulted and robbed decor, then maybe...

Overpriced. I’ll start by saying that the staff was very friendly which was awesome. The downside is that this place is just very overpriced for what you get. I got their special which was a fried chicken Caesar sandwich, which I think was $14 and the sandwich looked absolutely nothing like the advertised picture. It was a chicken sandwich that had one chicken tender that took up about 60% of the bun, pretty disappointing. I also got a side of ranch for $1 which came in a 2oz ramekin that was half full. Also I got their Cajun fries which is a dollar extra than their regular fries but all they do is put Cajun seasoning in them… they charge an extra dollar for Cajun seasoning. I want to love this place and I’ve come here multiple times within the past two years but my last visit left me very disappointed. I spent over $20 for a meal that looked like it should’ve costed $14 at most. That being said the staff was great and the food was alright, just definitely not the same sandwich I saw in the picture on the wall. Also it’s a classic order at the counter, run your own food, and bus your own table restaurant but they expect a tip. Hopefully the next time I go back my experience is different and leaving me wanting to...

Food is decent and they have gluten-free buns which always a plus. But can you really trust a place that’s run by someone who thinks “Oooh! I know a good theme that’s appetizing and will make people want to eat our food! How about breaking and entering, complete with creepy mannequins?” Seriously? Why not just go with “pedophiles” or “assassins” as a theme or maybe “prison food” as an appetizing way to start a meal? Or “rotting bodies” if we’re just going with “weird unsettling themes that make you want to leave immediately.” The artwork and creepy mannequins had my daughter sitting with a napkin over her head during dinner so she wouldn’t have to see the guys in yellow balaclavas everywhere. If they change up the “it’s cool to break in and invade other people’s spaces while masked” creepy theme, we’d come back for a good burger — they’re way better priced than Fiamma burger and the cashier was friendly and helpful. My kids don’t ever want to dine in again.

The employees were goofing off, and their friends stopped by and they were hanging in the back of the kitchen, talking about how they didn't want to serve certain foods to the customers Because they didn't want to cook it But worst of all the most egregious offense The first bite that my partner took of his Chicken Sandwich was so hot that still now 24 hours later he can't eat normally and his mouth is bleeding when he brushes his teeth. We also were served completely different fries than the first time, originally they were served thinly cut and crispy, and the next they were lazily thick cut and LAME 😬 i felt like I was on kitchen nightmares. Gordon Ramsey would shut this 5h1t down. The roof of my husband's mouth was scalded by a dry ash mothertrucking chicken sandwich that wasn't even spicy spicy in the slightest. So disappointed. These boys should be under review. Tuesday night...

I’m just a humble young man from a small island in the sea. This is the best restaurant I have ever been to. Have you ever been to a yoga retreat? Have you ever sought enlightenment? Well, this is a great place to start. They have six different sauces, four of which are different variations of mayonnaise. We tried them all. The truffle mayo is king of the castle. The moment we bit into the burger, life changed. I have been searching all my life for a place that serves my favorite things at an affordable price, and executes on a Michelin star level. Accomplice is that destination. I made new friends. I simply winked at a man on the street to let him know that this place is a fat, salty temple of worship, and if he wanted to be included in the rapture, he best walk in the door get on his knees and pray to the gods of beef tallow. Accomplice is thy savior, so let it be.
