We had so much fun in this escape room! I would give it a solid 10/10 for theme and immersion. It was also very personalized which was a fun touch. Our guide, Joseph, was great, fun and helpful of course. This felt as immersive as a Disneyland ride and Joseph really helped sell it to us. As someone who has done nearly a dozen escape rooms, this one is different than most. It’s less about challenging puzzles and time against the clock, and more about the experience. Your guide helps you with a fair amount of the puzzles. Overall though it was still such a fun experience and super immersive. There were so many fun themed (rather warm) rooms to explore. Would definitely recommend it as a more relaxed style of an escape room, while still being fun and very exciting. Pro tip: don’t forget to bring cash to tip your guides! They are spending an hour and a half of their time acting/putting on a show for your group after all.

First I found an article about the “Unlock the Hotel Leo” in a newspaper 📰. So I decided to try it. Overall it was a great 70 minutes of the immersive experience and escape room mix. A lot of work has been invested in every detail of the adventure. Our guide aka “room master” was dressed in 1920s era. I love every aspect of our journey in the hotel. Highly recommend it to everyone who lives or visits Bellingham! The site mentions if you are a guest of the hotel then you would have even more adventure of the hotel’s mysterious secrets. Interesting to try it! Thanks to Chris a creator of this venue and a whole team who helped him to build it! Only recommend to remove some left price tags from displayed props :)

Rumor has it there was once a secret society at the Hotel Leo... We took a insider trip 100 years back in time to unlock the mysteries and learn some local lore at this fantastically detailed, personalized, Disney-level interactive experience. Even the sound design is incredible. This was great for our night out with friends and could also see it being perfect for team building or birthdays. They take groups of up to 8. It's fully guided, no lock-in, just 70 minutes of great fun. We came early to grab sliders and refreshments at Amendment 21. Highly recommend and would definitely go again.

Such a cool night out. You go do this when you would otherwise play games at home with friends or go out drinking. Mix it up and do this. Even if it didn't have the incredible production quality, this tour would be worth it. They pay attention to all the little details and decor and sound design. It's a level of immersive you just don't get outside of Disney waiting lines. But we have it here in Bham. And the story! Oh man, what a rad kind of historical fiction. Legitimately learned stuff about the city and even got some twist and turns in the experience. The "escape room" part of it isn't too easy or too hard. They're meaningful "puzzles" that not once felt shoe horned or formulaic. So impressed with this product. Would be great to bring along 7 friends for a birthday party or the like. Advice: fill out the customization part when booking so they'll tailor the tour...
